This 5-bedroom + twin loft bunk home sleeps up to 13 guests and is packed with premium amenities to elevate your stay. Think luxury bedding, a chef’s kitchen, and professional interior design that blends beachy charm with high-end comfort.

Walk down the boardwalk from your front door to miles of sugar-white sand and clear turquoise waters. Enjoy shell hunting, snorkeling, surfing, sunbathing, kayaking, fishing, or horseback riding along the shore.
• 15 minutes to Port St. Joe – shops, galleries, restaurants, and live entertainment
• Explore the historic lighthouse or take the ferry to St. Vincent Island
• Launch a boat or book a fishing charter from Indian Pass
• Hike or bike along the 19-mile paved trail
• Day trip to Apalachicola (25 miles) – riverfront strolls and world-famous seafood
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
This is a second home for us not just a rental. We provide amenities that most rental homes do not. Therefore, our home is thoroughly inspected after each guest. We also require a valid state issued photo ID for the primary renter which will be verified via security cameras upon check in to our home.
Maximum rental stay is 7 nights.
Payment & Cancellation Policy:
Travel insurance is highly recommended.
• 50% of the total reservation is due at the time of booking
• Remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to check-in
• 100% of paid prepayments are refundable if canceled 30 days or more before arrival
• No refund for cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival
• A $500 security deposit is required and will be refunded within 10 days after departure, pending inspection
While children are welcome, please note that our home is not childproofed. The property features white furnishings; we do not provide baby gates, outlet covers, or cabinet locks.
Any stained or damaged furnishings will result in additional charges.
Important Policies:
• Minimum rental age: 30 years
• No pets allowed – bringing a pet will result in immediate termination with no refund and an additional $250 cleaning fee.
Service and Emotional Support Animals are allowed with the proper certification from a certified medical professional (online certifications are not permitted). A $250 pet cleaning fee will be added to your reservation. Service or ESA's must be disclosed at the time of booking with proper certification.
• Exterior-only security cameras are on property and will be used to verify the identity of the primary renter and detect pets.
Included in Your Stay:
• Linens and bath towels
• Starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, and soaps
• Beach gear (chairs, wagon, etc.)
Additional Details:
• 3–7 night minimum stay | 7 night maximum stay
• No boat, trailer, or RV parking
• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
