The Space:

Welcome to Cape Winds 102, a bright and airy beachfront retreat just 25 steps from the sand. This ground-floor condo blends coastal charm with modern comfort, featuring an open layout and soft ocean-inspired hues. Start your mornings on the private patio, unwind in the heated pool and hot tub, or fire up the community BBQ for a sunset cookout. Whether it's a weekend escape or a month-long stay, this beachside haven is designed for effortless relaxation.



‼️IMPORTANT CONSTRUCTION AND POOL CLOSURE: The Cape Winds complex will performing concrete restoration through September 2026. During this time the pool and pool area will be closed and there may be noise related to the concrete restoration. Please keep in mind when booking.

The place was as advertised! Very responsive host. Very comfortable and right off the beach. Watched some spectacular sunrises!! Will definitely stay again if in the Cape Canaveral area.

The host was very welcoming. The accommodations were amazing. The rooms were clean and well kept with comfortable furniture. The cabinets were well stocked for cooking and eating. The best part was the close beach access (steps away) and the grass area to relax in behind the condo. Thanks for a great experience.

The appartment was ideally located, but my vacation was terrible, wake up each morning with the sound of the jackhammer.Elise told me that just the pool was under construction but it was false, all the building was underconstruction so the noise and vibration was terrible.I do not recommend this appartment until the renovations are done.Good Luck for the next.

For context: we notified you of the scheduled pool-area construction months before arrival and offered the choice to cancel with a full refund or keep the reservation with a discount — you chose to keep it. When you raised noise concerns during your stay, we again offered a discount and the option to end your reservation early with a refund for the remaining nights. You chose to stay for the full reservation. Construction noise was unfortunately outside our control, but we did our best to communicate proactively and offer flexible options throughout. We appreciate the feedback and look forward to the completed renovations.

Kitchen sufficiently furnished for cooking. Clean. Host available & communicated well.Condo is on First floor so no direct view of ocean; view is blocked by tall hedge, however access to beach very convenient - approx 25-50 feet from patio around hedge.
