Large Rooms with beautiful views, just steps to beach, underground parking at this luxurious condo. Wake up to sunrises from the master bedroom or pour yourself a cup of coffee and relax on the balcony while enjoying the ocean sounds. Condo has been updated with granite counters, farmhouse sink, under cabinet lighting, backlit cabinets, comfy furniture and beds! Full length private balcony has incredible views to observe the surfers and rocket launches! You will love your stay here! All the comforts of home, includes full size washer and dryer. The location is perfect and you can walk to everything. So many great restaurants are nearby, as well as gourmet coffee and pastry shops! Beach towels, chairs and umbrella are provided. If preferred not to carry items to beach there is a rental in front of unit that will set up for you daily. Just bring your suitcase! Pets allowed under 35 lbs. 25.00 per day pet fee with owner approval.

This was an excellent stay! The host was responsive, the place was clean and comfortable, and the location was good. It was just as advertised, and our family would recommend this rental to others and/or would stay there again.

The property was very clean and had everything you need for a week on the beach. There were beach chairs and an umbrella. On the beach there was a rental place for chairs and umbrellas if you wanted to go that route. The property was less than a block from 5-6 bar restaurants and if you wanted to walk just a bit more you would double that number. Location was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay.

The condo is absolutely beautiful. We had a couple of cloudy days but the patio was a life saver. We sat there and watched the waves. No need to be on the beach.

I do not usually share reviews and I will say our stay was a 10/10. The condo was clean, had everything we needed including the beach gear, a great location and beautiful sunrises. We usually don’t go back to locations but this time, we may be a return customer.

This was a beautiful condo with an ocean view that is perfect for the sunrises! Our family had a truly amazing time enjoying all the condo provided. The beds were all comfortable. Very clean and well stocked. Walking distance to right downtown. Beach chairs and toys available. Deanne was a wonderful host! We plan to return!

Great location & Great Place

We enjoyed the location. We used the beach chairs, boogie boards, and balcony! Beautiful views and close to everything. The rental place is clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable.

Perfect Beach Retreat

We loved staying at this condo in Cocoa Beach. We loved watching the sunrise while drinking our coffee eveey morning. It waw decorated so cute and had everything we needed.

Great beach location

Beautiful condo right on the beach. Within walking distance to several restaurants. Short drive to many more plus Cape Canaveral. We enjoyed our stay!
