Great location and property. I only wish there would’ve been more info in the listing about their chickens, cats , and dogs because we brought our hunting dogs. But the owners communicated effectively and the trip worked well for everyone.

The hummingbirds were a bonus I was not expecting! So fun to watch them while having coffee on the patio in the morning. The hosts were incredible! They live in the main house which is connected to the guest house, so they are right there if needed but also respect your privacy. Highly recommend this property for a quiet comfortable stay!

The setting of this guest house is remarkable. We loved sitting outside enjoying the extraordinary view. There are beautiful walks on the property and you can even walk into town along the river in under an hour.We loved our stay.

Everything was wonderful. Clean well cared for accommodation. The host was very helpful in every way. We would definitely return. The only issue we had was in receiving check in information, however, this is NOT the host fault, I blame VRBO. For several years we have had this issue and my complaints to VRBO falls on deaf robots.

This was our 3rd time we have stayed on this property. Brought our grandsons for hiking adventures and able to catch Peach harvest time. House and property very layed back. The Colorado river very low and hot weather but we hiked in am and visited wineries late afternoon and evening!Owners quick to take care of any requests.

Palisade River Ranch is a slice of heaven! Cozy accommodations, spectacular views and warm hospitality. We could not have asked for a better visit.

Another great stay!

This was our 2nd stay and we had a great time! Property is amazing and Palisade is such a great town. Fishing, hiking, wine tasting, trying new restaurants, all of it was perfect.Jen and Cameron are awesome hosts, you can tell they truly care about creating a great experience for their guests.

Palisade Vacation

This is an excellent place to stay! Beautiful surroundings, exceptional hosts and the perfect spot for a home base while exploring the area. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting the area. We will definitely return in the future!
