This lovely unit resides on some of the most prime Lake Erie real estate. It is the newest unit built on Put-In-Bay, opened in July 2016.
This lower level unit has four bedrooms, two full baths, a large lakeside deck, and has a capacity of up to ten guests. Guests gain access to the condo through a coded door lock. This is very convenient as keys are eliminated from the equation. The fully equipped kitchen comes capable of satisfying the cook of your group. Whip up a hearty breakfast or delectable dinner, all while saving some money during your Put-in-Bay vacation. Great place to stay at PIB

The parking lot is nice and close to rooms making it easy to walk to your rooms. It was easy to drive my car and golf cart around the island with ease from the condo location to the downtown location. The TV’s were very difficult to use which was disappointing. Overall, I would stay again on my next visit!

Soccer getaway

My women's soccer team came for a soccer tournament and this place was great. Perfect layout for a group and the patio was the perfect place for us all to hang out together after our games.

The balcony deck overlooking the lake was a great place to relax and hang out as well as the full kitchen with bar height chairs. Getting downtown was a breeze. Everything was very clean except the back deck that had been overlooked. There was a great patio area for everyone to use with tables & grills. A golf cart can get you anywhere on the island. Last minute booking

We booked the same day as a last minute get away so understandably, we couldn’t check in at 4:00 pm because they had not planned on cleaning. Aside from one set of stained sheets and some trash left under some of the beds, it was pristine. As in condos, be prepared to be extremely close to other guests when on the BEAUTIFUL patio overlooking the water. We will stay here again and again and again.

With a group of 10, I recommend taking 2 cars over on the ferry. While at the condo, we spent the majority of our time on the deck overlooking the water. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets! The pool was a little cold but refreshing. The condos still had a few unfinished areas due to being new for 2016. I would definitely stay again!
