Perfect location, we parked and never had to use the car, walking distance to everything?The beach is a few houses away, avoiding the traffic of the boardwalk. The house was great for our group, very tastefully decorated. Our second time staying here.

This property was so darling, the pillows and beds were awesome, we were very comfortable during our stay on the beach. We rent a lot in this area and this is one of the best ones! We will for sure be back!

Perfect location in Newport

The house was a great location once we parked we walked everywhere. Very clean and relaxing property!

Great trip with a few knocks

Wonderful spot and space. Great patio, well decorated spacious and well equipped place with great communication and support. The beds all do need upgrading (in my opinion) but all in all it was a lovely place, with responsive customer service and we had a great stay.

The location to the beach was fantastic! The home was cheaply furnished. They provided thin, stained, unmatching towel sets-one for each bed. The outdoor cushions were thin and worn, had sand on them and a large amount of bird poop covered up by a pillow. All of the trash cans for both units are on this units side. All seven of them were full upon arrival and there were flies everywhere. The management company responded immediately and had someone come out within hours to empty them and gave us a credit. This took care of some of the flies, but they lingered and we could not leave the doors open and the screen door was not on its track. This home does have central air however there were no AC vents or fans in the bathrooms, which caused the humidity to linger for hours with visible mold and mildew around the grout lines in the primary shower. The home is one block from the beach and they provided beach chairs and a couple of boogie boards. The washer and dryer is in the garage. If you are just looking for a rental that is near the beach this is it, but if you are used to staying in higher-end hotels, you will be disappointed.
