We had an excellent trip. Our condo was clean and within walking distance to the beach. Our host was very responsive with any needs. Would definitely stay here again!

Beach Vacay

We had a great stay! The Beach was beautiful and the location and amenities are exactly as advertised. Very clean and our pups were very comfortable. We had a bit of a hiccup during check in but Mr. Larry was very communicative and resolved the issue as quickly as possible. We would stay here again!

Great Place

This was the perfect size place for my husband and I. Since it’s a pet friendly condo, we were able to bring our small dog with us. Loved that it was ground floor with nice parking area. Very clean,had everything we needed. Short walk to the beach with beach chairs included!

We love the Maravilla

Great ground floor unit near the pool and hot tub. Nice beds. Never had a bad room at the Maravilla.

Grandbaby time

What a happy, cozy place! We had our grandbaby visit us, and there was a required, comfy rocking chair that fit the need perfectly. Great location. Owner was very helpful.

Maravilla Marvelous

My husband and I stayed at Maravilla for 6 days. The location was fabulous. Close to the beach, walking distance to restaurants, and shopping. The condo was perfect, just the right size for us. The pool, hot tub, and fitness room were all great. There was plenty of walking routes for us to walk our small dog. We would definitely stay there again.

By the beach

As advertised. This condo has everything a small family could need for a great vacation at the beach. PLUS you can bring your dog. The condo is an EASY walk to the amazing white sand beach the area is known for.

Beach Vacay

It was perfect to be on ground floor with dogs. Everything we needed to cook and be comfy. Needed gate code, but neighbor helped to get us in. Owner called to check in after to make sure we got in. Wish check out was a little later. Would definitely go back.

Great Place

Very clean . Great area , walking distance to everything. Just an overall great vacation along with our furbabies. This will go in the memories book. Easy communication with Larry. He even sent us restaurant recommendations. Btw did not disappoint. Hope to stay there again.

This condo is an 11. THE BEST!

I’ve made many trips to Miramar beach and Destin. This was by far the best. The location is an 11 on a scale of 1-10. ;). Larry was the most gracious host. It is worth mentioning besides the perfect location this condo is VERY quiet. Great for relaxing and getting a few zzzzs! Thank you, Larry for the hospitality!

Comfortable and Convenient!

Great clean condo with everything you need provided. Bed was comfortable, and layout of the condo was great. Furnishings in the living room and patio were comfortable which is a plus. Nicely decorated with personal touches. Washer and dryer were convenient. Loved the ground floor location which was perfect and easy for both of us and our elderly Pomeranian. Location of condo was peaceful and quiet. Parking was convenient and also had only a short drive to stores. The beach was beautiful and we enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella service very much! Larry was easy to communicate with and also recommended restaurants in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return! Thank you!

Summer vacay

Only thing i did not like was the sunshine coming through the king bedroom. I used a blanket from the bunkbeds which solved the proble. I prefer dark rooms. Otherwise it was nice could use a little updating ( furniture kitchen table and chairs )

Perfect Vacation!

Perfect location. Short walk to the beautiful beach. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed this week. It’s also a short drive to Urgent Care—I ended up with a broken foot after a dolphin excursion in PCB. Spent a whole day relaxing in the condo alone while my husband took the little one to the pools and the beach and it was very relaxing. Also, the 4th of July was amazing. I think I’d book it for the 4th again next year right now if I could. The beach was lit up with fireworks and we walked to get ice cream and saw more fireworks just walking than we would have at home. My daughter loved the bunk in the hall and our bed was extremely comfortable. We watched Netflix when it rained. There were games to play and lots of sand/beach toys in the bathroom closet. Having a washer/dryer, we kept laundry done so there’s none to do when we get home. Very beautiful resort. Crowded, but that’s expected in Miramar Beach. Extremely pet friendly. People were walking their dogs everywhere and area was kept up well. No problems whatsoever. Sure didn’t want to leave today. Thank you for sharing your property with us. Even after breaking a bone swimming with the dolphins, my vacation was still wonderful!!

Comfortable stay

It was a comfortable place for our stay for our short visit. Great communication with property owner. Having the beach service of chairs with umbrella was a plus. Would stay here again.

Family Beach Trip

We loved our stay in this condo. It was so clean and had everything we needed. The property is quiet and well maintained. The walk to the beach is short, and there are places to rinse everything off before you arrive back at the condo. Larry is wonderful to work with. He even gave us restaurant recommendations that were so helpful, as we had never been to the Destin area before. He was timely in answering questions and gave very clear directions to the property and expectations for our stay. We had a wonderful trip and would definitely stay there again.
