4000 SF luxury home. 4 bedrooms, 1 den, 1 big family room. Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom. One of the rooms is master suite with king bed, other 3 rooms with queen beds and 3 additional memory mattresses available. One of the bedrooms is on the main floor. 10-14 people accommodation. 2 balconies. The upper balcony is huge, wrapped around the south side of the house. Security systems with cameras on the property. Intercoms to reach every floor and every room in the house. Central music system to enjoy from anywhere in the house. Central heating and air conditioning. High end refrigerator, washer, dryer, dish washer. Induction cook top. Outside BBQ grill. Wi Fi available, Smart TV to access Netflix, etc. This is a flat roof house.

This is in a private place and driveway from Hwy 101. Beach access is just 5 minutes walk from the house.

One side of the house is facing Pacific ocean and the other side of the house is facing forest with very nice uphill greenery.

Perfect home for Cannon Beach trip

We celebrated an anniversary with eight family members ranging from 13 to 73. The house was great and afforded plenty of space and amazing ambience and views. We recommend this house.

Awesome views

I brought 8 employees to this house for a team retreat. The views are incredible, the house is very large, and the beach is incredibly close (only a 5 min walk). I would definitely recommend this house for larger adult parties or family trips.

incredible views!

Easy access to section of Cannon Beach that is away from the crowd, with much better tide pools and sea life viewing. Stunning views from the deck. Open, spacious home with main floor that is huge family room and kitchen--perfect for large gatherings. Very comfortable accommodations.

Great House With Breath Taking Views

We had a wonderful stay at the house and couldn’t get over the views from every room in the house. The house is close to town with all the amenities needed. The property own was great to work with and was very accommodating! We are looking forward to our next stay and recommending it to all of our friends!

Beautiful, immaculate home with spectacular view

Immaculately clean. Well thought out for guests. Everything we could need was there or not far in distance. The view was amazing. Owner was responsive and great with communication. Beautiful beach to hang out. Really enjoyed exploring the surrounding towns. Shops, restaurants and very friendly people. Even attended a hometown 4th of July parade. Overall great memorable trip for our family.

Beautiful New Home Overlooking Beach

We stayed recently with 8 adults and four kids and there was plenty of room for all of. Very large spacious home with lots of deck space overlooking Cannon Beach. Easy access to beach across the street via nearby street. Air mattresses came in handy for the kids. Large kitchen for meals and snack time. We only stayed for a couple of days but had a great stay. Easy access to town for restaurants and shopping. Quiet and private which was also nice.

Idyllic

Perfect solo escape. The house was beautiful, spotless, well-stocked, & comfortable. The ocean views are breathtaking. The proximity to the beach is ideal in that you are far enough away to be secluded, but close enough for convenience. Goutam could not have been more attentive & accommodating. I will be coming back as often as possible!

Beyond Beautiful

The house is beautiful! The view is the best! Don't go looking for IT connections. Wi-Fi is sketchy and cell tower was down during our visit. The owners were very precise with instructions so we didn't have to communicate much.

Plenty of Space

We did really enjoy the stay for the most part. The best part is definitely the view! We were NOT a fan of the camera inside the home, I covered it. The street noise was a lot and you could not sleep with the windows open. Downstairs seemed musty and every morning we woke up with stuffed heads. Cleared up as soon as we left the house for the day. Kitchen was very well equipped. The stove qas tricky but we figured it out. Microwave didn't work well, couldn't make popcorn in it.So tables outside would be a nive addition.

Huge house, beautiful views

This house is huge, with tons of space, beds, and a massive comfortable couch. The views are incredible. That being said, it’s pretty sterile. Perfect if you need a place to crash with a group of people, and really great location near cannon beach, but zero ambience. Clearly just a rental property. Very clean though The owner sent some really intense instructions and the check in process was pretty wild (find the key, turn off the alarm, etc). Only real downsides. Would rent again for a big group, but not for a long stay

Weekend Trip in Early June

The views of the beach were incredible. The property was in good repair for the most part, but there were a few spots that needed some touch up. The roof was un accessible, but the front deck views were almost as good. There was one camera in the space, but it was easy enough to cover up while we stayed there. The cleaner arrived right at checkout so make sure to be ready by then. You are only allowed 2 garbage bags for the duration of your stay so plan accordingly. The beach is a bit of a walk from the house (7 min) up and down a steep hill, but the seclusion from the rest of Cannon beach is well worth it. Overall, it was a huge house with great views, clean and well taken care of. A great blank slate for any gathering!

All Promises Delivered

It is very rare that a rental property delivers not just on all promises but exceeds your expectations to the level that this property did. The owner is very personable and cares for his immaculate beautiful home, he was very friendly and open in communication to ensure that our experience would be smooth and positive from begining to end. This was a very important trip for us, we came to Cannon Beach to get married and were in need of a house that would accomodate our entire family for relaxation and wedding prep in a spacious environment. The views are breath taking, the living spaces are open and airy, each bedroom has it's own adjoining bathroom. You truely have a feeling of seclusion at the home while being very close to beach access and all needed ammenities. The only regret we have is that we didn't book this beyond the wedding through our honeymoon because it would have been a keeper for sure. I highly recommend this property you will not regret it!

To Beach Their Own

Million dollar views from every room! We love how this property overlooks the beach, and it was a quick 5 minute walk (or super quick drive if wanting to haul toys, chairs, firewood, snacks, etc - there is parking!). While on the beach, we felt like it was our private oasis. Downtown Cannon Beach and Seaside are quick drives full of adventures, shopping and great food. Kids + Fireworks Our waitress in Cannon Beach tipped us off that the fireworks show in Roackaway Beach is much more family-friendly than Seaside, so we opted to drive down there to see the show. It was SO windy (can’t change the weather!) so we headed back to our “private” beach (no fireworks allowed) and simply PLAYED and made a campfire and ate s’mores. All four kids said “This is BETTER than fireworks!” We had the time of our lives. Adults + Whales We loved the balconies (yes plural!). I enjoyed sitting on the balcony each morning with my cup of coffee, and watching the whales swim by (spouts + rolls). It was so nice to have PLENTY of space for both families to spread out, the kids to play, the adults to have quiet spaces to actually have conversations, and also plenty of bathrooms/showers for all! The house came complete with all of the comforts of home - extra blankets, hair dryers, towels, pillows, etc. Communication The owner/property manager was incredibly communicative. We appreciated their thorough instruction and accessibility. It gave us so much peace. We will DEFINITELY be back! Thank you!!!!

Great View!

As others have mentioned, this property has a great view of the coast, but is not luxurious in its appointments. Dining table is in need of replacement. WiFi is not good and cell service isn’t great either. There is at least one camera inside the property. The owner is very meticulous about his property. He called after booking to ask about our party, my profession and asked if we’d take care of his home. He owns the property adjacent to this one as well which appeared empty. We had an issue while we were there where the gate to the property was closed when we didn’t close it and a bed was made that we didn’t make. The owner did tell us the he closed the gate but was not in the home. We were also not comfortable with the check out instruction asking that used blankets and sheets be put back into their original local as we felt those items should be laundered before the next guests so we left them out to indicate they had been used. Overall, this is a great location and very walkable to the beach.

LOVELY HOME AND VIEW

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend in this lovely home. It easily accommodated the ten of us with room for a couple more for a dinner. The weather cooperated and we didn't have rain until the day of departure. The owner was very responsive to all enquires and questions. This home was very clean, well maintained, and quiet as it sits so high above the highway that there is no road noise. The view is absolutely spectacular seeing all the way down to the north end of Cannon Beach. When there was ground fog, early in the day, Haystack rock gave a picture perfect photo "suitable for framing". We were able to spend time on the beach and actually walked to Haystack Rock from Tolovana Beach which is two minutes away with plenty of parking. We prepared all of our meals in the wonderfully large and spacious kitchen where we were able to all work together at one time. Such fun! The appliances are "top of the line". Although I was concerned about cooking on a conduction stove I found it was great and though not gas it was every bit as responsive as a gas stovetop. All of the special (magnetic bottom) pots needed to use on the stove are provided. Even an over-large soup pot. The Cannon Beach area is as always a wonderful little town with many shops and restaurants. The drive to Seaside is about 20 min and also provides interesting shopping.

Wonderful View, Nice Private House, Great Location

Nice, clean, large home, well equipped with everything you would need, including a well-stocked kitchen --- except didn't have a Keurig machine;) Spectacular full ocean view! Loved the private location of the house, while still being very close to town. While visiting Haystack Rock, we could actually see the house up on the hill! Dishwasher worked and was quiet, but the top rack kept falling off the track, even when it wasn't pulled out very far --- made it difficult to load and unload the cups. There's a note on the dishwasher with the warning, but hopefully it will get fixed soon. We didn't like the fact that the security camera remains on in the kitchen, with view of kitchen and main living room. We were warned about it and was told we could cover it, as it was just there for when the house is vacant --- however, it was too high, and we weren't sure how to cover it. Not sure why the owner couldn't just turn it off when guests are there --- just felt uncomfortable that we were being recorded and could be watched. Thought the rate was awfully high, compared to similar other large, ocean front homes that we've stayed in (we stay in large ocean front homes every year over new years). But we settled with paying this higher rate, as we booked late for a holiday weekend and there weren't many ocean front options still available. Other than these slight negatives, we loved our visit and would recommend this house!

Great view and space!

The house on the hill in Cannon Beach was perfect for a long weekend with longtime friends. The main level was spacious and comfortable and the bedrooms each having on-suite bedrooms was perfect. Loved walking to the beach from there.

Views for Days!

We stayed her for a couple days after Hood to Coast. It was the perfect place to recharge!! Lots of bedrooms/bathrooms so it's great for a big group. Breathtaking views of the coast from the deck (and inside) and literally five min walk to the beach. Nice walk to downtown Cannon Beach which is so quaint. Lots of great hiking nearby too! Goutam was very responsive and easy to work with. Would stay again.

Great views, large (mostly) nice home

Sweeping views of ocean, and Haystack Rock in distance. Large modern new house. Appliances very good. HVAC very good. Full use of large garage. Furnishings adequate. Significant highway noise in every room from US 101 right below. Light sleepers may need earplugs and/or white noise generator, also sleep mask as bedroom window coverings block little light. Slow internet (mostly ~1.7 Mbps down, ~1.5 Mbps up, down speeds occasionally briefly slightly better). One TV, in living room. Roku box only, competing for the internet, no cable. Large kitchen, large living room with nice big sectional, no window coverings at all in main living areas. Showers mediocre.

This house was not buit keeping renting option in mind. It was built with a lot of care, love and everything is highly crafted custom made. All appliances are very high end. Unprecedented view of Pacific ocean and the natural surrounding scenarios. Very private and tranquil place.

Owner is encouraging the guests who is willing to have a wonderful enjoyable vacation at the pacific coast and at the same time will enjoy a luxurious lodging.

Owner is confident, this would be one of the most memorable coastal vacations for the guest.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

For me, professional life at the city is very hectic and somewhat stressful. Every time, I stay in this place, I feel relaxed. I take a morning and afternoon walk at the beach with my family or sometime on my own. Watching the relentless ocean waves from the comfort of my couch with a hot cup of cofee in the morning, is very relaxing for me. Feels like, my blood pressure comes down by few 10s and I get rejuvenated.
