Beautiful view, plenty of room, location was great, a few minor maintenance things that we’ll share with the owner.

Extremely family friendly !! And We loved the fact that we could enjoy the beach front, the bay side with wonderful sunset views, and all the different pools. Kids loved the lazy river too. Everything was very walkable as well, and extremely clean!!! We give it a 10!! Definitely will be back

We absolutely loved our stay here! The view is fantastic! The only issue we had is the showers in the extra bathrooms. The tub wall is extremely high to step over and the older members of our family had trouble so they ended up sharing the master walk-in shower. Otherwise, absolutely loved and will be back!!

My siblings and I took my mom for her 77th birthday and everything was great. There are 2 bedrooms that are very small and the mattresses need an updat. But we were able to comfortably enjoy our weekend with two of my brothers and their wives, my mom, and us. The pools are great. Even being Labor Day weekend they were not over crowded that you couldn't enjoy it. We did not do the lazy river because it is only about a foot and half deep. Strictly for floating. Overall, i think we had the best view of the bay on one side and the ocean on the other.

We had issued with the air conditioner changing back to 76 degrees even when all the doors were closed, ex: during the night when everyone was asleep. This was pretty aggravating but we made do. The blender was broken, and I had messaged asking if we could get a replacement but never heard back. We always make homemade salsa on our trip so this was a set back for that. The pantry doors were in bad shape, as well. However the room location was wonderful - the view was beautiful.

I’m sorry for the issues you experienced — the A/C resetting to 76°, the broken blender, and the pantry doors — that’s not the standard we expect. We will have maintenance check the thermostat and HVAC settings, replace the blender, and repair the pantry doors.
