Welcome to the Lakeview Loft! This stunning, brand-new property (built from the studs up in 2025) offers a spacious, stylish retreat just one block from the lake. With a cool, open loft area and plenty of room for up to 9 guests, it’s perfect for family getaways or group trips. Enjoy the beautiful lake view from the property and relax in the comfort of a GORGEOUS Cottage! Located in a charming lakeside community, one block from the lake, it’s the ideal spot to unwind and explore!

The space
This charming single-family cottage is a cozy, three-bedroom retreat just one block from the lake. Situated on the main floor, the three spacious bedrooms each feature a comfortable queen-sized bed, offering a restful place to unwind after a day of outdoor activities. One of the bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom, providing added privacy and convenience.

The heart of the cottage is the inviting eat-in kitchen, which is seamlessly connected to the cozy living room, creating an open, airy space perfect for family meals and relaxation. Large windows fill the space with natural light and offer scenic views of the surrounding area.

For additional sleeping accommodations, there's a loft area that provides extra space for guests or kids, giving the cottage a flexible layout. There's also a second full bathroom located conveniently near the bedrooms and living areas.

With the lake just a short walk away, this cottage is the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, offering a relaxing home base for family getaways.

This was as the perfect place to stay while attending a wedding in Erie. It was comfortable for three couples and one child; easy access to Erie with I79 close; immaculately clean; comfortable beds; beautifully finished bathrooms; nice hosts; everything was well stocked, in addition to having thoughtful items such as baby shampoo; spices, etc. The neighborhood was as quiet and there was Dunkin, Tim Hortens, and a Perkins close by! Great stay!

Great location, very clean and updated, and responsive. We had a really great one night stay with another couple and everyone enjoyed this cottage near the lake! We will stay here again!

The property was lovely, newly renovated. Our biggest complaint was a mildewy odor on first entering. Maybe some Damp Rid would help. Also the ensuite bedroom side window let in an inordinate amount of bright light, exacerbated by a broken blind and a sheer curtain which did nothing to block the light. Bring you eye shades.

My biggest recommendation would be for you to always reach out to your host if you have an issue and allow them the opportunity to address it. I hope you had a nice time at the craft fair. Clean and Comfy Stay

Wonderful home. Perfect stay for a weekend visit for a wedding. We walked the neighborhood andEnjoyed pizza from John’s Wild wood pizza downtown. House was clean and beds were comfy!

Everything was marvelous and pics did not do it justice. Highly recommended, and although we did not utilize this feature, small children would love the loft "hideout" to call their own.

Excellent property!!! Clean and comfortable. They thought of so many little details that we appreciated like extra throw blankets, coffee filters, sample shampoo and conditioners if needed. The outdoor firepit was nicely done with chairs for 12 people. My ONLY complaint was the lack of handrails going into the house. We had 2 disabled people with mobility issues. My 71 yr old dad fell going down the stairs due to lack of handrails.

Girl's Weekend '25

We had a great weekend staying at the Loft! The property was exactly like the listing, very neat and clean. We loved the outside fire pit and seating. A close two minute walk down to the lake was also a great perk. We will be booking again.

The beds were elevated, almost needed a stool to get up on it. The mattresses were very firm. Everything was white and with children that like to draw on things we felt at risk of staining things may happen (luckily it didn't) the kids enjoyed sleeping up in the loft. Overall a good place to stay but if you're short in stature bring a stepstool with you.

I’m sorry you felt that the beds were too high. We’ve never had a complaint about that before. In fact we’ve always had five star reviews. This is the first time we’ve ever had anything less. Although white and light colors may not have been suitable for you we do intentionallychoose those because it keeps things clean and sanitized. We prefer white linens and sheets so any dirt and stains can easily be identified and guests know that our place is thoroughly clean and sanitized. Again I’m really sorry that you were disappointed in the height of the beds but hope otherwise you had a nice stay.

The cottage was clean and adorably decorated. The neighborhood is quiet and it’s a quick walk to the lake. We had a fire in the fire pit and walked along the lake. There’s a bagel shop and antique shop within walking distance. The host is very quick to respond when we had questions. We look forward to booking again!
