House was clean a perfect for the 4 adults and 3 kids in our group. Great location in South Nags, just a couple of minutes walk to the water.

Very close walk to the beach! Plenty of beach gear and kitchen essentials. The SUPs were a fun addition! We also appreciated the plentiful soaps and towels and TP!

Great communication on the check in and out process. We loved the location being only about 10 mins from grocery and restaurants, but not in a busy area. LOVED the ability to use beach toys and not have to pack them for our family.

We had a great stay at surfin sunrise, would stay again! Location was great, host communicated everything we needed to know. We particularly liked having all the 'extras' such as beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, toys, games, etc since we were flying in from the mountain west. The crows nest was great for having views in all directions. Plenty of space to hang out and had everything we needed to make meals.

Perfect rental for fishing trip

This place was perfect for a charter fishing trip. Close to Oregon Inlet Fishing Center. The house had plenty of space and everything we needed.

We had a great stay. House was fairly clean, but kitchen counter was not clean, some dirty dishes had been stored without being washed,and floors needed sweeping and mopping.

Great location in South Nags Head, with a quick walk to the beach, easy access to the pier and Oregon Inlet. At the time of our stay, the owner has provided a great deal of extras for guests to enjoy from beach chairs, beach towels, bikes, etc. My family was able to book a short, partial week stay as we awaited opening of Hatteras Island following hurricane Erin. Great spot to enjoy the beach in the OBX.

Lot's of room. Close to clean beach not crowded. Low traffic. Not too far from OBX sites. Excellent location. Great host.

Beautiful location, walking distance to the beach, clean, only complaint was the upstairs fridge didn’t keep our food or drinks very cold, and the A/C would turn off when we were not inside and it would get so hot when we would come back, we could not adjust the temp because it was locked, the communication with our host was great! Overall experience was 8/10!

Haley, I am so sorry to hear that. We recently replaced the HVAC unit and thermostat in the house. It had some default settings I was unaware of. I wish I was aware it was causing an issue during your stay, because it was something that could be fixed and made your stay more comfortable. Brittany

Great, stylish and cozy beach house! Just a few properties away from the beach making it easy enough to bop back into the house from the beach to replenish supplies. Really loved having the sups and kudos on the ample supply of individually marked yeti coffee mugs. One of the cleanest, largest and best working outdoor showers I have experienced in renting beach spots. Overall, me and my family had an absolute blast and the house offered much to that experience. Just wish I had another week there! )

Surfing’ Sunrise was in a perfect location! Easy walk to the beach, private road, lots of beach toys and amenities, close to shops and restaurants. House was clean and well stocked. Host was easy to contact and very helpful. Our children especially loved the ping pong table!
