Newer home only steps away from the quiet beaches of south Nags Head. Beautiful decor and lots of extra amenities for you! Lois and Scott are offering their guests lots of extras that come with this home. Only 5 years old, the home is all new throughout, new kitchen (fully stocked), new deluxe appliances, granite countertops, new bathroom/fixtures, and all new furnishings throughout. FREE WiFi, enclosed outdoor shower, washer/dryer, central air/heat, and gas grill. There is parking for 6 vehicles (private driveway), on a private street w/ semi-private beach access, approximately 350 feet from the beach, with no busy streets to cross. The crows nest and decks offer great views of the ocean and sound w/ spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Only a few minutes to Oregon Inlet and Bodie Island light house.

PLUS.....Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, Corn hole set, 6 bikes, hammock, etc. all for you to use at no extra charge.

Another great stay!!

Our 2nd year staying at this beautiful cottage in South Nags Head. Just the right size for our family; clean and well cared for; close proximity to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. Grateful to the owners for keeping this little gem in such great shape. We will return again!

Loved it!

Lovely house

This is our second year staying at this property, and we will definitely be returning next year! The house is clean and offers everything you could need for a week at the beach. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Location is wonderful, just steps to the beach and the running trail. This place is a gem!

Love this property!

This was our 2nd stay at this property and it was fantastic. Can’t ask for a better location. Lois is a great host and the house is equipped with everything you could need. We hope to return for our 3rd stay.

Great House, Great Location, Great Host

We had a wonderful time staying at this house. It is in a great location. The house is close to the beach and we enjoyed being able to walk to the beach whenever we wanted. We also enjoyed riding bikes at the nearby biking path. We also appreciated that the house was close to activities that we wanted to do while we were visiting the Outer Banks, such as visit the Bodie Island Lighthouse. We enjoyed staying at this house and having Lois as our host.

Perfect relaxing getaway

Our family of 5 stayed for 5 nights. The beach was just steps away from the house. The house had all we needed for the stay and the host was wonderful to communicate with. We visited many cool sites in the area and also spent quality family time at the house playing games and watching movies. We would love to come back someday.

2023 Vacation

This was our second year staying in this property. It fit our family of eight perfectly. It has all the amenities you could possibly need for a week at the beach and the location was perfect. We had a wonderful time and are planning on returning next year.

A beautiful week at the beach

This house was perfect for us. Great location- an easy walk to the beach. Close enough to hear the surf and feel the ocean breeze. She’d in back had everything you would want for a beach setup. We had everything we needed to cook if we wanted to and close enough to eat out at some great local restaurants. King size bed in master bedroom was very comfy. Great place to spend a week.

Great location in South Nags Head

Great location, short walk to the beach. Not a long drive from everything upper Nags Head/Kill Devil Hills has to offer, but far enough away to avoid the larger volumes of people in the summertime in the Outer Banks. We were less than 5 minutes from the Bodie Island lighthouse and many other attractions were within 15 to 30 minutes away. The house was clean and everything was as described. We will certainly consider staying here again!

Perfect Vacation

We had an amazing time at this property. The size and location of the house was perfect. It was close enough for our 3 year old to walk and not be carried and plenty of room to keep the other 2 grandkids and adults happy. Also, all of the beach chairs were great so we didn’t have to bring them in our car. This is the perfect location and space for any family to have a great vacation. Thanks for sharing your house!

Great place to stay!

Nicely decorated. The TV room, dining room and kitchen shared a large space. Large enough for people to watch TV, others to do a puzzle at the dining room table. Bedrooms were nice and roomy. Short walk to a quiet beach. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas provided in the shed. Owner was helpful and was in contact with us. Enjoyed our stay!

Great House & Location

House was perfect for our family - close to the beach, and had everything we needed for a great week. We splurged for daily chair and umbrella service from Farm Dog Beach Services, although there were plenty of chairs and umbrellas provided in the shed. Kitchen was well equipped, and the gas grill made meals quick and easy. The crows nest was a great spot to enjoy the breeze and unwind at the end of the day.

Perfect

Great communication from owner. House was spotless on arrival and very well maintained. Perfect location if you are fishing out of the Oregon Inlet, less than 10 minute drive. Plenty of items for the beach, which is just a short walk away.

Outstanding location and clean property

Came to the area to go deep sea fishing and hang out with some great friends. There were 7 of us and felt the house was very comfortable for us all and had everything we needed! Immediate access to the beach, quiet area of Nags Head; we used the grill and beach accessories provided which were awesome. Interior was very clean and organized. Thanks again for a great property for our trip, everyone had a tremendous time!!

My husband Scott and I have enjoyed vacationing on the Outer Banks with our 3 sons since they were young. In the spring of 2018 we bought the perfect home in south Nags Head that we plan to retire to one day. Lois is a portrait and landscape photographer, and enjoys walking on the beach and photographing the beauty of the Outer Banks. Scott enjoys playing golf and often invites friends and clients to play. He is looking forward to playing on the many fabulous courses in the area.

We chose this home because South Nags Head has so much to offer. The beaches are quiet and family friendly, yet close enough to many fabulous restaurants and shops. Our beach house is located on a quiet street with semi-private beach access available only to the guests of our neighborhood "Goose Wing". The bike path stretches the whole length of south Nags Head, offering a fun, family activity! There is nothing better than to wake up and enjoy a cup of coffee out on the deck and watch the sunrise over the ocean. Hearing the waves crash on the shore makes it that much more awesome!

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Being right at the beach is spectacular! Just 350 feet and you are "in the
water". The semi-private beach access means the beach is less crowed and you can spread out and enjoy the beach with a game of volleyball, touch football or frisbee without having to worry about encroaching on other people. The views here are amazing with the sunrise over the ocean and watching the dolphins cruise up and down the shoreline every morning. Enjoy the sunset on the deck after a fun day at the beach, and at night there is nothing like going to sleep hearing only the waves crashing on the shore. It truly is relaxing.
