Beautiful Waterfront Townhome In Historic Annapolis

This beautiful waterfront townhome with three bedrooms 3 1/2 baths, recently renovated and beautifully decorated. 5-minute walk to downtown, restaurants, shopping, bakery, and the Naval Academy.
Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, hardwood and marble flooring, gas grill on the patio. Sheets, blankets, body wash, spices/condiments are all supplied as well as two off-street parking spaces.
Pool open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Booked for 2025 Commissioning Week.
*Please note- Commissioning week we ask for a 7-night minimum stay. Please feel free to contact us for more information.

We spent a few days in this beautiful townhome in Eastport just across the bridge from Historic Annapolis. The location is ideal, close to everything in Historic Annapolis but quiet and private. The amazing views from the house can't be beat. The three story home has private, separate spaces and a wonderful patio fronting the marina. The house is comfortable, clean and well stocked. The host, Gil, was easy to work with and couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. We'll definitely look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Annapolis!

Great location on the water! Easy walk over the bridge to everything downtown Annapolis! Very cool townhouse! We never got to use the pool next door but it seems like it would have been great as well! Gil was very responsive the whole time!

Wonderful stay. House was very clean and fully equipped. We had 3 couples stay for our 50 th reunion. Couldn’t have been better. Host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

Our stay in Annapolis was wonderful and the unit we rented was more than we expected. Being on the water and having the beautiful water views was special too. We were in a great location allowing us to walk to the center of the town as well as many restaurants and activities. I'd definitely rent this waterfront townhome again and I highly recommend it!

Lovely waterfront home

We made this our home base while attending a family reunion locally. Easy to walk everywhere we needed to go. Beautiful view of the harbor out main rooms and MBR. Everything we needed for our stay was in the home, all in great condition. Will return whenever the opportunity arises!

Wedding Surprise

Everything was just as stated online. We loved hearing the reveille each morning. The views were spectacular and sop relaxing. The house was in tip top shape.
