This is a great place to stay to see Mt. Airy and Pilot Mountain. The hosts are great and the cabin is really nice and well put together.

Excellent location if you want an out of town stay for Mt Airy. Beautiful, well-cared for cabin. Stairs were a bit “steep” leading to the loft. Bed was firm (if you like firm over soft). Bob and Candy are wonderful hosts. Highly recommend.

This cabin is a great getaway. Just bring your clothes and food. You won't need anything else. They are great hosts. Quiet and peaceful get away.

The hosts of the cabin were very helpful and visited us at check-in to make sure we knew about the cabin features and property. The cabin was immaculate and had everything we needed. The technology they have placed in the cabin is neat! We loved fishing here and caught 35-40 fish in two days. The paddle boat helped this experience and was so fun! It is nearby local site seeing experiences. We enjoyed our stay!

We loved our stay at the cabin. It was so beautiful inside and out. My husband and I had lots of exploring to do but coming back to the cabin every evening being able to sit back and relax in front of the fireplace was amazing. We are currently starting to plan another trip and will definitely be choosing the cabin again.

Excellent hosts who paid attention to every detail. Very clean property with thoughtful extras everywhere. This property is super convenient to Mt. Airy, Pilot Mountain, and Hanging Rock State Park. Look forward to rebooking in the future. 10 out of 10!

The host were very nice. They met with us and showed us the cabin and grounds when we got there. The cabin was stocked with everything needed and more. The fishing was good. We caught 37 fish. We will be going back.

We both love to fish so this rental property was ideal for us!The cabin is rustic and so charming! The hosts are unbelievably friendly and so very helpful in suggestions regarding area.Had a wonderful vacation!

We had an awesome time! Bob & Candy were great hosts! Cabin was so cozy. Stocked very well; even snacks & waters. The fishing was great! Would highly recommend & we'd definitely stay here again!

This is an absolute gem! The owners have created a slice of heaven on earth. The cabin is fully stocked with anything you could possibly require (which is over and above). It is comfortable, spotless, quiet, unique, rustic, fun and in a gorgeous location with activities all around. We plan on coming every year!

We loved our stay at the cabin. Bob and Candy were wonderful hosts. They made sure we had everything we needed and helped us launch the boat. The cabin was so cute and cozy. It was spotlessly clean and had so many thoughtful amenities like extra toothbrushes and an assortment of coffee and tea. We loved sitting on the front porch overlooking the lake, sitting by the gas fire pit on the back patio, and exploring the lake in the awesome pontoon pedal boat. The stairs up to the loft bedroom were quite steep—not a problem for us, but might be challenging for some people. The location was close to Pilot Mountain and Hanging Rock, and we enjoyed hiking at both parks, as well as eating some great meals in nearby Mt. Airy. We wish we could have stayed longer and hope to come back!

The cabin was decorated so cute, very clean and had everything we needed. The owners live within a few feet of the cabin next door. They came over to greet us shortly after we arrived to give us instructions. The wood fire pit in their backyard was available for us to use as well. We loved back screened in porch. We enjoyed sitting outside by the propane fire pit nightly. All the decorative lights, speakers and fans were a nice touch!

Beautiful property and the cabin is so cute and comfortable. They have every amenity imaginable. If you forget something no worries they have it for you. Not noted in the listing is that the property is pretty much adjacent to there home, so if you’re looking for somewhere private this is not the place.
