This property was in a great area, close to downtown, and very clean. The home had not been cleaned from previous renters upon arrival, However, Phil was extremely friendly and speedy at getting it resolved and we were able to get into the home about 2 hours later, and to be fair we did arrive about an hour early for check-in as well. The property is decorated lovely and has all the basics needed to cook and more. Will definitely return when in the area!

Pet friendly to the extreme!! The couches smell like pee, the pillows are all stained. Trim falling off of walls. Dark. Mildew smell.

This was a cute little house with plenty of space for the four of us. We were able to each have our own bed, which we appreciated. We felt like it had everything we needed in the kitchen, livingroom, dining room, and bathrooms. We had one small moment when the fire alarms malfunctioned in the livingroom (there was no fire) and the property manager was responded very quickly and helped us shut off the alarm. He responded in less than 1 minute of my text with a solution. No complaints! Would totally stay here again. 1

Bikes were all flat or had damaged tires. One of the main reasons we picked the property was for the use of bicycles. Disappointed. The property was very expensive for what was offered. Some of the cleaning could have been better.

We're also sorry to hear you felt some of the cleaning could have been better. We do wish you had reached out to us during your stay, as we weren't made aware of any cleaning concerns and would have happily arranged for our housekeeping team to return and address them immediately. If you're willing to share what specifically was amiss, we'd genuinely appreciate the feedback so we can ensure it's taken care of and prevent it from happening again.
