Enjoy the perfect vacation at our beautiful, newly updated beach condo. If you are looking for a relaxing get away with family and/or friends, our condo on the beautiful Hilton Head Island is the perfect place. It is located mid-island (near Shelter Cove) with easy access for walking or biking to great restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and more.

This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is located in building 4 at the Hilton Head Resort. The unit comes with 4 beach chairs, a large cooler, and a beach cart. There are also a few beach toys for the little ones!

Hilton Head Resort has 24-hour security with a gated entrance. A quick 10-minute stroll or 5-minute golf cart shuttle ride across the boardwalk leads you to Coco’s, a private resort Tiki Bar with food, drinks, and restrooms and also to beach access. Resort amenities include 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, 6 lighted tennis courts, exercise/weight room, poolside snack bar, coin operated laundry washer & dryers, small onsite store, and grilling areas.

I love Hilton Head and all it has to offer - I’m happy to make recommendations for dining, shopping, and sightseeing and hope that you enjoy it as much as I do!

Comfortable and beautiful place to stay!! Tamara is a wonderful owner and was super helpful, even let us know of events going on while we were there that our family might have enjoyed! We love this resort and cannot wait to come back!

This was a great place to stay! A perfect central location to everything and if you didn't want to leave the resort it had all the amenities you need.The owner checked on us throughout our stay to see if we needed anything.

There were 5 of us on our trip, myself and my wife plus our kids (11, 15, 19). It was a little smaller than the pictures represented, but it worked for us. The walk to the beach was not bad at all and the beach was clean and well maintained. Several pools plus tennis courts gave the kids plenty to keep them occupied. The shuttle was a great service, but be sure to check the times closely, otherwise you might find yourself walking when you expected a ride. We would totally come back!

Quick before school getaway

Reservation and check-in was Quick was simple waited on reply from owner and all went well from there it was home away from home kitchen had all up to date amenities and everything you needed was right there and Villa was clean will stay again in future

Fantastic condo with helpful host

This was our first time at HHI. Our host was very helpful in giving us suggestions for things to do and places to eat. The condo was perfect, clean, spacious enough for a family of 5. The resort's pools and private beach made staying on site easy. The beach was just a short walk away and very clean, not overly busy. My kids are already asking when we can come back! Thanks for a great stay!

Great Stay in a beautiful location, excellent host!

Such an easy stay. Excellent, friendly and timely communication with Tamara. We checked in with a key code. The property was clean, and had all the beds our family needed. Sometimes it’s hard to find enough beds for our large family, but this was perfect and included the kitchen and fridge which was a huge plus! There were several pools on site, and we used the main pool and took advantage of the cafe/bar on site by the pool. The beach was beautiful, clean, well maintained and had a lifeguard which was nice. The walk to the beach is a little long (7-10 mins with little kids), but on a nice boardwalk, and there is also golf cart shuttle service if desired. Overall, a great stay for our family and nice on the budget!

Wonderful time!

We enjoyed our time here. It served as a good base to explore Hilton Head and we mainly just slept in the unit as we spent most of our time in the sunshine! The unit was clean and air conditioning worked great. Kitchen amenities were helpful. One thing to note is we wish they something to use and clean the charcoal grills with and the icemaker in the freezer didn’t produce very much, but we bought some bagged ice. Otherwise, no issues and these weren’t big deals at all. We didn’t use them as we brought our own, but the unit did have beach chairs, a wagon, a cooler, and sand toys. We thought that was a nice touch! Communication with the host was wonderful and they even sent us some helpful suggestions of local events occurring over 4th of July.It is a long hike to the beach, but the cart makes it much more enjoyable in the heat of the day. The walk is nice and you can enjoy marsh views and look for animals! The beach was fantastic with a lifeguard present and Coco’s nearby as well. Pools were well maintained. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Our family had a fantastic time at this property. We were able to enjoy two of the pools and the pickle ball (tennis) courts with the kids. The food at the Beach Bear was better than expected. Communication with the owner was very quick. I had a couple of questions and was messaged back immediately. I would highly recommend staying here. You're very close to some restaurants, grocery stores, and more.

Lovely condo for our family of six!Plenty of space for us and our things.The host is very quick to respond and easy/pleasant to work with.The location is great and we appreciated the access to a private beach, three different pools, and Coco’s on the beach is perfect for a beachside snack or drink!!

We enjoyed our stay here. This is a cute, cozy condo, very clean, with a well stocked kitchen. The walk to the beach was enjoyable too. Excellent communication with the owner.
