With 3 bedrooms including 2 full beds and 4 twin beds, a bathroom with a shower and hair dryer, and amenities like WiFi and AC, this superb property offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Close to Ski Sawmill, Oregon Hill Winery, PA Grand Canyon, Little Pine State Park, Historic Wellsboro, Rails to Trails, minutes away from PA state game land 75 and 5 miles south of Morris, home of the annual Rattle Snake Roundup. Excellent location to plan day trips to NY to visit Corning Glass Works and the wineries of the finger lakes. A great place to call home base while you're away. We hope you enjoy your stay

Wash, dry and put away all dishes. Remove food that was brought. Food left in the fridge will be discarded. Put all bagged garbage in trash cans located outside in the breezeway.
Report any damage within 24 hrs of check in. Don’t unplug or interfere with Wi-Fi or security systems. Turn off ac units & all sources of heat. The fireplace is not to be used for any live fires.
To adjust the temperature of the propane fireplace in the corner of the living room, use the up & down arrows on the thermostat located on the wall just outside of the master.

We had an amazing stay. The house was so cozy and clean. All supplies we needed were there, such as towels, cooking supplies, and silverware. Great value for price as well.

Would stay again. The one bathroom can be a challenge with 6 people. But we knew this coming in. Overall we had a great stay. Wellsboro is a nice town. We were here for a rally race. Was only 10 mins from one of the stages. This area of PA is beautiful.

Very nice quiet and quant place to stay. Was even decorated for the holiday season. As we were there for Dickens of a Christmas in Wellsboro PA. It was a beautiful place and host communicated very well…

The cutest and coziest little spot. Sunroom was absolutely beautiful and the rooms were perfect. Will be booking again for when we aren’t able to use hunting camp. Host was quick to respond and they had some really helpful little things already there I didn’t think to bring.

This was a very charming country cabin. The house was clean and clean linens, everything necessary to cook provided. It’s out in a neighborhood of little houses surrounded by woods and farms. There were a few bugs (spiders and stink bugs) which is to be expected in a country house. The hosts were very hospitable and had good communication. There were plenty of beds if you are traveling with a group. The sunroom was very lovely! We travelled to Rickets Glen and Welsboro. It was a perfect location for us.

The house is just as amazing as it looks in pictures! The furniture is real, comfortable furniture, the vibe is so cozy, and the porch is just as stunning as it appears. I came for a writing retreat and didn't want to leave. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful — highly recommend!

Property well maintained. One bath was a little bit of a drawback but we managed. Air show was an added plus. Slight wasp problem in sun room but would probably book again if available.
