Charming 3BR/2BA home in historic Sandwich Village, just steps from the beach, shops, and dining. Built in 1840, it blends modern comfort with historic character, featuring a back deck, fire pit, outdoor shower, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Welcome to Cape Cod escape in the heart of Sandwich Village. Just over an hour from Boston, this beautifully renovated three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is the perfect base for your next vacation. Walking distance to the beach and downtown’s charming shops and restaurants, you’ll be perfectly situated to relax, explore, and enjoy all that this quintessential coastal town has to offer.
Thoughtfully updated, with a modern coastal cottage feel you’ll experience an inviting living room, spacious dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless appliances and marble finishes.

After a day in the sun, unwind on the spacious back deck, gather around the fire pit, or rinse off in the outdoor shower before dinner with friends and family.

Built in 1840, the home retains its charm with pitched upstairs ceilings, a fireplace and the original staircase. Two bedrooms are upstairs and one on the main level; the staircase is a bit steep, something to note for guests with mobility concerns or small children.

Every bedroom includes A/C, plush linens, and comfortable beds—perfect for resting after exploring the boardwalk, breweries, or local attractions nearby.

We had a really great weekend at this house! The house is beautiful, spacious and very clean. We had everything we needed. We felt right at home as the host was super nice and very available. I highly recommend staying here!

We loved this house. Adorable, functional, very well appointed with extras to make us comfortable, 5 min walk to town and shops, 15 min walk to gorgeous marshes, boardwalk and beach. We did a beautiful walk along the beach to the Treehouse brewery which was fun (a 30 min walk ). Outdoor space was ok-cushions were wet due to rain so we didn’t sit out there but once everything dries out I’m sure it would be nice. We loved the nice sized living room and couch to watch TV late, and the kitchen was a great setup with all the necessities. There is laundry and an outdoor shower which was great. Upstairs stairs are steep as others have said so be careful.

The house was clean except for some of the carpets that were stained.One of the air conditioners did not work and the host did not fix the problem.There are cameras everywhere outside and we felt like we were being watched.Overall the stay was ok.

This is a wonderful and historic old house in Sandwich. Plenty of room. Some quirky things to consider, as the house is old. The stairs are very steep, so be mindful of that, especially with anyone that has mobility issues. Also, if you’re tall, be prepared to duck a LOT! The location is great, short drive from some great historic spots in Sandwich and also not a terribly long drive from other great spots like Hyannis, Dennis and Chatham. The front door is a little wonky, but again, it’s an old home. Overall, this was a perfect place for us to stay, we enjoyed it very much!

Beautiful cape cod home. Note that the stairs are quite steep and the upstairs due to the cape cod style, has a hobbit feel to it. Location is great and walkable to many restaurants and cafes.

The house is great! We loved the gourmet kitchen- it has everything you need. The house is comfortably decorated and styled, we felt pampered with the cozy blankets on the couch and the great bar set up! This is our second time staying at this house, and we will be back!

We had a phenomenal stay at this property. It was a group of friends coming together to watch a play at the Cape Playhouse. The house was pristine, beautifully decorated and everyone slept great on the beds and linens. Highly recommend!

This charming home in Sandwich is clean, comfortable, and in a great location! The kitchen is spacious, and well appointed. The living area has ample seating. Would definitely stay again!One tip: there is one bedroom on the first floor, and two on the second. The staircase could be challenging for children, seniors and folks with limited mobility.

Wonderful property with a great location in Sandwich. Walkable to Main Street with its stores and restaurants and local sites. House is impeccable and has everything you’d need. So comfortable and beautifully decorated. Tim was excellent at communicating prior to and during our stay. One minor point - although they’re is a bedroom and bathroom on the main floor, there is 1 step from the bedroom and living areas to the kitchen and dining room and then 1 step up to the bathroom. If you need a “no stairs” that could be a concern. Highly recommend

Cozy Cape Cod Getaway

Our party of 6 truly enjoyed our stay here. The pictures of this place don't do it justice. Our favorite amenities on the property were the outdoor shower experience, the fire pit in the backyard for our s'mores night and the comfortable decor that was intentionally placed in each room of the home. The only downside was the staircase in the home is pretty steep, narrow and the steps are short in length. I would be cautious to bring small children, older or disabled relatives here, but there is a first floor bedroom that is accessible and most spacious.

Our stay over July 4th

My lady friends and I were in Sandwich for a family event and chose this location for our stay. This home is in a quiet historic neighborhood within walking distance to shops, cafes and the 4th of July parade route. The home has been beautifully updated and maintained without losing its historic charm. The historic steps to the upstairs bedrooms are a bit steep for anyone with mobility issues, however we managed fine. We spent a lot of time on the private outside deck. Check in was easy. The house was decorated with a clean and comfortable vibe. We each had our own cozy space. Everything you could need is there. The WiFi worked well. We took advantage of the walkable town and checked out the shops and cafes. So cute! The beach was within walking distance which was great for us. The boardwalk area was awesome! We had delicious pizza at treehouse brewery and ice cream at shipwreck As other reviews stated, the ceilings upstairs are low which could be an issue if you’re tall and the stairs to the second floor are steep. Neither proved to be an issue for us
