We stayed here for a bachelorette trip. This property is in a great location. Walking distance to most everything in/around downtown or a short uber ride. The unit is perfect for a large group wanting to stay all together. There were 12 of us! Be prepared for stairs. The unit is on the 3rd floor and there are two more flights inside the unit.The unit was clean but would recommend more regular cleaning of couch and bar chairs. I would recommend this property!

Really cute unit. Perfect location. I guess I didn’t fully read the listing. Wasn’t expecting all the stairs getting into the unit. Third floor AC kept shutting off- super hot. Contacted Chris and was able to get someone out to look at it. The place was clean but the couch needs to be cleaned- lots of stains. Overall great experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! Our group of 13, including 3 kids, found the space to be very accommodating. The location is unbeatable—it is just a short walk to Broadway and right next to Printers Alley, which was a lot of fun for everyone.We especially enjoyed the rooftop patio, which provided a nice place for us to relax. Communication with the host was excellent throughout the process, and both check-in and check-out were very easy. I would definitely stay here again!

We only stayed 1 night instead of two due to sickness. But everything it appeared to be on the Internet was what we got and we enjoyed it very much.

Everything was great. Outdoor space was nice, a bit smaller than expected, but not a deal breaker. Great to be within walking distance of so much.

I have to start out by saying, we had a great stay at this property! The location was perfect, within walking distance to Broadway, Restaurants, Bars & Entertainment! It was kept very clean and had everything we would need. We had a large group which the tri-level apartment worked out perfectly! King room with bathroom on main floor. 2 King beds, twin bunks and bathroom on the second floor. Large bunks with bathroom and rooftop deck on the 3rd floor. However, on the second floor, one of the King "bedrooms" was NOT a bedroom! There were NO OUTLETS to plug anything in & NO light in the room! The ONLY light was a HUGE skylight that you can imagine was VERY bright in the mornings and leaving the room pitch black at night. We had to run an extension cord from the hallway to the "bedroom" just to plug our phones in. The room got very hot as well, with no AC or Fan in the room...had to use a fan from the closet on the main floor to put in the doorway to get any air to circulate into the room. In my opinion, this should NOT be a bedroom...maybe a sitting area? Thanks for a great stay!

The location of the house is great! Easy walk to Broadway. House is a quirky layout. For the good or bad, lots of stairs - to get to unit and in the unit. The outside patio that is touted in the listing is not easy to get to (top floor) and have to go through one of the bedrooms to use it. 2nd floor- bathroom not super group getting ready friendly. One of the bedrooms has absolutely no storage or room for suitcases to be laid out. It also shared windows (tinted with paper blinds) to the unit next door. There are also 2 windows that are shared with our 3rd floor bathroom and the neighbors. So when they turn on bathroom lights we see that. Not enough mirrors for groups getting ready. House needs a very good deep cleaning and can’t do much cooking. 1 usable fry pan and that is it. For a quick weekend, we made it work.

Location is great for all of Nashville. Close proximity to Broadway as well as Printers Alley. Great for smaller or larger groups. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
