Daisy and the group was always in communication with us before and during our stay, so helpfull. Excellent service, as nice as advertised, app works great. Really cool unit to stay in. Other friends on the trip staying elsewhere came by to hang out before we went out one evening and they were blown away, they thought the place was so awesome.

Daisy our host was awesome..She met us at the door to make sure we had no issues and was very responsive The location was greatEvery bedroom had its own bath which made it perfect for our 4 couplesThe place was beautiful

Our overall stay was excellent! We had a medical emergency and the management staff went above and beyond to help with our needs. I would definitely recommend the Star Piano! Thank you….

This rental was in a perfect location if you're going to be staying downtown. Very short walking distance to Broadway! Rideshares are easily available from the rental to all local sites and back at all hours. Very convenient.Interior cleanliness was good, would have liked some extra towels and tp at the onset but no problem getting them from the host. Blinds were not operational so had some light streaming into the loft bedroom from the windows in the morning; host was extremely responsive to the situation to try and assist. It didn't work out due to timing but appreciate the host making efforts to resolve.A bit noisy as people come and go from the building; the front door is just outside the living area of the suite. You can hear footsteps from the tenants on the second floor in all bedrooms. There were some workers that came in to do some water heater work a little early a couple of mornings, right around 7am. A little early for my liking, and without warning unfortunately. However, the location, the ease of grabbing an Uber, food choices nearby and responsiveness of the host was spot on. Thanks for a great getaway!

We sincerely apologize for the blind situation, the early morning maintenance visits, and not having extra towels and TP stocked ahead of your arrival — you're absolutely right that those things should have been in place from the start. We've taken your feedback seriously and are making adjustments to ensure future guests have a smoother, uninterrupted experience. We're also sorry for the noise from the building traffic and upstairs neighbors — we know how important rest is, especially on a getaway, and we wish we could have done more to make the space feel like a true retreat. Thank you again for your grace and understanding throughout, and for the kind words about our responsiveness. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back for an even better stay next time!
