This exceptionally clean room had all I needed for my short stay. Within walking distance of the Asbury Park Boardwalk and a wonderful commercial district, I enjoyed tea each morning on the deck before heading out for an adventure. Will definitely plan to stay again.

This was the perfect place for one night in Asbury! It was just like a hotel room, small but gets the job done. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Nicely furnished and clean, in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Would definitely book again!

Best room in all of Asbury! Has everything you need with nice extra touches, like water bottles in the fridge and chocolate treats on the table. Also comes with a parking spot and two beach passes, which was extremely appreciated. Beach is a short walk away. It really has everything you could wish for!

Daniel was a wonderful host and made our stay so much more enjoyable than expected. The room was very clean and that is so important to us. It was a great location to the boardwalk and our favorite diner, Franks! We were able to walk everywhere. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We are already looking forward to next year’s visit!

The place was exactly as listed. Parking was easy off street. First floor entrance. No issues with keyless check in. Short straight walk to the beach. Loved walking the boardwalk to shop, eat, and drink. Beach was not crowded and short walk to the water.

A really cute, clean room to stay a night or more!’ Perfect for when I want to go to the shore and wish I had a room to stay instead of having to drive home the same day. It was everything I needed, in fact I probably would be fine living there! Danny was a great host and responded quickly to any questions I had. He also bought a beach cart just in time for my visit. Thank you Danny I’ll be back.
