House was very clean and in great spot. Pool was awesome and had a good time in the game room. House has everything you need. Would recommend with no hesitation.

This house has everything you could want! The only thing missing is an elevator! The open floor plan on the main level flowed out to the outdoor patio space and pool. We spent a lot of time out there! Having the golf cart was a fun treat. The bedrooms each had their own bathroom which was great. The beds were comfortable and the rooms a good size. Everything was very clean and beautifully decorated. The hosts were very responsive. We would definitely recommend this house.

We had a wonderful family vacation celebrating my son’s 16th birthday! The house was beautiful, clean, and spacious. We enjoyed grilling on the back porch while the kids swam in the pool. The fire pit was great for making s’mores. The location was just a short golf cart ride to the beach and Seaside. We highly recommend this property!

Our first time visiting 30A…Wow! Absolutely loved our stay at the Tipsy Pelican. Such a beautiful home with every amenity imaginable. From booking the property. we cannot wait to get back! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Everything was amazing. Home was just as pictured. Owners were great communicators and attentive when we had an issue. Great location! Would definitely stay again. We had 10 adults and a child and was great for everyone to have their space.

Property was the best home we have ever stayed in on 30A. House is gorgeous, communication with owners is excellent. Great location. Would highly recommend and we can’t wait to book again.

Property was in great condition & the owners were very helpful with everything! The ability to use the golf car to get to Seaside was a huge plus. Highly recommend!!

We had a group of 6 adults and 8 children under 5. This home was just amazing for our group. The location is superb, it was extremely spacious, well stocked, clean, I could go on and on. The hosts kept in communication and the hot tub/heated pool was an amazing bonus for those chilly spring break days. The golf cart was perfect for when we didn’t want to take a car into town. We are looking forward to renting this home again!

This awesome home had everything needed for a Funtime. There were beach towels and beach toys. There was a golf cart to drive you and the toys chairs and boogies boards to the beach. The house is so nice and open for being togather. There are plenty of bedrooms and baths for everyone. And there is an entertainment room on the third floor with air hockey, video games, board games and karaoke. The pool and hot tub are great and all the room outside for yard games which they have in the garage and your own putting green and a fire pit too. Everything was so nice and the host was so easy to communicate with. There was even someone who came and took the garbage cans to the road for garbage day! This was our favorite house on 30a and we hope to be back next year.

We stayed here as a last-minute pivot from our previous spring break plans. It was an absolutely fantastic home! Great location close to everything but just off the beaten path so it was quiet. We never ran out of hot water. The 2 washers and dryers were a huge bonus. The golf cart and 7 bikes were great. The game room was fun for the whole family, as was the karaoke stage. Air conditioning on each of the 3 levels worked wonderfully. Beds were all comfortable. The entire design of the house was beautiful - it is cohesive and intentionally coordinated with high end fixtures and beautiful bathrooms. The pool and hot tub were our family’s favorite part, especially since the ocean flags during our stay were red (rip current) and purple (marine pests present). Also appreciated that they must have pest control because we didn’t see one bug inside the house. We would absolutely stay here again.
