Girls Trip

We loved the house, the proximity to the beach club and seaside restaurants (both walking distance!) and the plunge pool. The property manager was easy to get in touch with and helped us navigate all of the amenities. Would recommend and hope to come back next year!

So roomy

Everything was perfect for our family of nine plus we brought along 2 babysitters had plenty of room . Beds were great along with the linens. Great kitchen set up. Pots and pans could use an upgrade, but other than that, great stay. A real plus was the temperature of the pool. Nice and cool!

We had 12 adults and 3 toddlers. We appreciated that every bedroom had its own bathroom. The beach equipment, wagon, chairs, umbrellas, toys were a nice bonus. We still brought our own since the listing didn’t include these items specifically. We walked to the beach club where towels are provided which was another big plus. Loved the pool and beach options. The use of the golf cart was great. We carted to Camp Watercolor with the kids. We had a few issues with the kitchen, one of the beds, main floor shower... and they were promptly taken care of. They need better storage options in main floor bedroom. A dresser you can use and a closet not filled with “stuff.” The pool is much smaller than it looks but we enjoyed sitting outside and it was great for the kids. Overall I’d highly recommend this property!!

Excellent, Beautiful Home

It was so lovely to walk into this beautiful home. We had quite a few family members and friends stay with us, and there was so much room that we weren't on top of each other and everyone enjoyed the house. Hot water supply was great and having a private bathroom for each bedroom made it so wonderful. The property hosts were always accessible with all our questions and readily available if we needed them to come over. Can't beat the location...close to everything! It was nice that there were some supplies in the house already. Overall, we would definitely stay there again. It was perfect.

The house size, layout and location are excellent. It was set up perfectly for our group. A short walk to the Watercolor beach club and Seaside amenities.You can tell the house is frequently rented; it is beat up and needs a lot of maintenance.Cookware and glassware is old and needs updating.Accordion door handle was broken and needs maintenance (difficult to open/close)Several light switches did not workMold on outdoor furniture cushions and tablesSecond story deck was missing ottoman cushionsKick plates on the kitchen island kept falling downDishwasher is shot - the door spring is broken and falls all the way down when you open and several modes do not workToaster does not function properlyPool lights did not workFor the weekly price our expectation of the condition was much higher
