Enjoyed our stay, Max was easy to communicate with and responded very quickly. Easy to access, just a short walk from the light rail.

Lovely unique stay with everything you need for a weekend getaway. Super clean and spacious it's big enough to fit a king bed, Very private and dark(if your a bat like me who needs darkness for sleeping, it's perfect) Host was very responsive and helpful. Parking was convenient same with the location walking distance to restaurants, parks. Nice and quiet neighborhood it felt safe walking around the area.

The owner was super in terms of communication, and the basement apartment is immaculately clean and well appointed. If you are addicted to natural light and lots of air circulation, this one may not be for you, but otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Small semi-private space good for a quick overnight stay. We were in town for a concert and spent just over 12 hours officially checked-in to the room but maybe 9 in it, mostly sleeping. Basic amenities provided and plenty of books/board games/streaming services for entertainment. It’s a basement unit so no windows which means pitch black and quiet at night but that’s ideal for some people. Owner was great about communication before the stay and made an accommodation for us which was much appreciated. Unfortunately a bit pricey in my opinion for the area, space, and cleaning (which was super minimal since we were there such a short time), but I get that the fees not dictated by the owner can add up quickly. Allowed us to get to the next leg of our trip which is what mattered most.

The location is great, so close to the transit station. Max was a great host and made sure to check in about our plans and give us advise on our route after we settled in. When we want to go to Seattle to see a game, I will definitely check to see if Max's room is available.

What a perfect cozy spot to unwind after a busy week of work before flying home the following day. Quiet and private, though mere minutes' walk to the main street and assorted shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay! Convenient to public transport, restaurants, grocery store, coffee shops in a walkable neighborhood. Max was so nice and quick to respond to my messages. Will definitely stay here again if I'm in the Seattle area.
