We been to Couer d' Alene multiple times over the years and this house by far our favorite. We loved the location on the lake with its close proximity to town and a bit off the beaten path on the lake. It was a comfortable spot for a family vacation!

Beautiful property!The house was immaculate and had numerous amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation and would LOVE to stay here again.Being lakeside was the icing on the cake!Our host was great!

Our family of 8 had a relaxing and wonderful stay. We spent most of each day lounging in the lake, enjoying the summer wind-down and even got to see the lunar eclipse, lakeside. Super cool!

WOW!!! If you are considering staying here don’t delay! This place was absolutely phenomenal. From the moment you walk in the door and take in the amazing views from the expansive glass doors you will feel like you’ve gone to VRBO heaven! Clean, cozy, safe and very convenient. Everything you need and more is provided and the host is wonderful. The beach and dock were our favorite parts but we enjoyed everything. I really hope to come and stay again in the future.

We loved this home for our family of five!! The kitchen was very well stocked and there were multiple areas to lounge. The views from the home, various decks and the dock are spectacular! The only issue we had was arriving very late when it was pitch black and not clearly finding the correct lockbox. The remainder of our stay was perfect and we enjoyed the well-decorated, relaxed vibe of this lakefront property and would love to stay again!!

This is a great place with its private sandy beach. It was perfect for our family vacation . We had a wonderful time relaxing on the beach and paddle boarding as well as bicycling on the Trail of the Coeur d’Alenes.

We had a great stay at this property. We loved everything but highlights included the beach hut with TV and refrigerator. We loved watching the World Cup soccer games while enjoying some cold ones relaxing by the lake. Wonderful kitchen and outdoor grill made cooking a breeze. Hot tub on the lower deck was a nice surprise. We rented a pontoon boat and the private dock was perfect. You should be aware there are a lot of steps from the house to the beach which would be a challenge if you have anyone with mobility issues in your group. Check in was easy. Great communications from the host. All in all this was a fantastic property and we would definitely stay here again.

Great overall place to hang with family over the weekend. Quite a bit of steps down to the water, but having the man cave on the water complete with TV and refrigerator made it more than enjoyable. We are definitely planning to stay here again next year.

We had an amazing stay! This house has everything you could possibly need for a great vacation—spacious, comfortable, and perfectly set up for families. The hot tub was a relaxing bonus, and the beach bar made evenings extra fun. The kayaks and paddle boats were a huge hit with the kids, giving us hours of entertainment right on the water. Truly a fantastic spot for both relaxation and adventure—we’d love to come back!

Clean cabin and comfortable. Spacious. Plenty of parking. Views were amazing. Nice dock area and beach. Great place for a family. Close to town. We did have to fill up the hot tub with water.We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this dreamy home! The views were amazing. It was great to have a dock being we rented a boat during our stay. The house is beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked. Parking is easy. We would HIGHLY recommend renting this wonderful home.

Magical Lakehouse

We LOVED our stay at the Kokanee Bay Beach house! Gorgeous house with even more gorgeous views and amenities. The open floor plan made hanging out and meals a whole family event. Being right on the lake with the beach entrance, dock and beach hut made hanging out by the water so easy and relaxing. Hot tub was a plus and a nice way to relax at the end of the day. The shuffle board brought us hours of entertainment and competition. Also loved being 4 min away from the amazing Tony’s restaurant. Would highly recommend this property for any family or friend getaway in beautiful Coeur d’ Alene

This was amazing place to stay. Our family thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities that came with the house and proximity to the lake. We would 100% book again! I highly recommend if you are looking for a gorgeous view and relaxing vacation spot in this area.

Thank you for a wonderful week on the lake! The house was perfect for our family, with plenty of space to truly unwind and live our best lake life. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped to cook dinners every night. Also, the loungers and lake toys down at the water were an added bonus! We hope to visit CDA and will definitely book this house again when we do.

Location of the property is great, right on the lake with access down to the lake. Property is older and needs some updating, Some kitchen items were left dirty, hallway toilet overflew once, primary bathroom sink faucet splashes water outside the sink, there were not enough toilet paper, detergent or dish washing sponge, we had to ask for them. The response was pretty quick and most of those items were addressed within a few hours. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to others. Hopefully the items mentioned will be addressed for other guests.

If you are visiting Couer D’Alene look no farther. This home is the perfect location right on the lake and just a few minutes from town. The home has plenty of room and the deck is amazing for coffee in the morning or a glass of your favorite beverage at night. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
