Welcome to RE 413 at Regency in Poipu, a spacious, light-filled retreat designed for comfort and relaxation.

The living area features tropical furnishings, large windows, and lush garden views, while the full kitchen offers granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy a primary bedroom with a private balcony, a second bedroom with twin beds, jalousie windows for Kauai’s trade winds, plus beach gear and parking access.

TROPICAL ENVIRONMENT

Kauaʻi is known as the “Garden Isle” for its lush, tropical landscape—and that beautiful environment is also home to a variety of insects and other island wildlife. Even with regular professional cleaning and pest-control treatments, guests may occasionally encounter geckos, ants, mosquitoes, roaches, or other tropical insects during their stay.

Many classic Hawaiian properties also feature jalousie (louvered) windows, which are designed to allow the trade winds and natural airflow into the home rather than creating the completely sealed environment of a modern hotel or resort.

We take great care in maintaining and cleaning our properties, but the occasional presence of tropical insects is a natural part of island living and is not necessarily an indication of cleanliness or a lack of pest control.

Beautiful property and condo! Perfect location, close to everything. Enjoyed the vibe on this side of the island more than the North shore. Host was super responsive check in and check out were very easy. Would 100% stay here again in the future.

Our experience was fantastic, beyond our expectations!Rosalynn and the team went above and beyond to answer any little query we had from possible early check-in to possible late check-out and anything in between.The unit offered everything we could have asked for and more including beach wagon, chairs, towels, etc.Located very close to the pool, gentle walking distance to the beach, quick drive to shops and easy access to all roads for exploring.If we ever make it back to Kauai we’ll be sure to stay here again!Mahalo

What a fabulous and family friendly condo. Rosalynn, our host, quickly reached out with our reservation confirmation. She and her staff continued to respond quickly during our stay for minor questions. The condo itself was very well equipped for my family with boogie boards, a beach wagon to haul our gear, towels, blankets,etc to enjoy our beach days. The kitchen was a delight to cook in with not 1 but three ways to make coffee (a high priority for me) as well as just about any pot or pan you might need. Beds were comfy, living space was great, lanai was wonderful for morning coffee.

Great central spot on the island and easy to get around. The condo was perfect and accommodated my family so much better than a hotel room would’ve. The host was in contact whenever I had questions and was very helpful. Would recommend this place to anyone.

April in Kauai

We had an awesome time! Pool and hot tub was great, met many fun people there. The beach was a short walk away and got to see the turtles! Location was close to stores and restaurants, and not too far from Waimea canyon.

Great place to stay

It was very convenient to the beaches, pool, and shopping. Nice and big for our 3 teens. Very comfortable as well.

This was one of the best VRBO s we have stayed in. Super clean spacious and well put together.

Great location, quiet for the most part a few families with kids around. Short drive or walk to the beach. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed.

Great location

If you would like to be able to see the entire island this is a great spot. The beaches by the condo are a little crowded but are the best for boarding. We would definitely stay here again nice place.

First Visit to Kauai

Our stay was great! This place is as described: clean, spacious, quiet, and close to many beaches, etc. Upon booking, the host provided a detailed list of nearby activities and an easy to follow guide to the rental property. Check-in and check-out were simple. Would definitely stay here again!
