We relocated here from the desert and stayed here until our new home was ready for move in . You can definitely tell how much thought and care Bryan put into this place. And if you needed anything he’s so attentive and willing to fix whatever you need . Such a nice relief with a super kind host . Thanks Bryan for being so awesome . The location is great to local eating and drinking spots , and the beach is a short walk, and our pup loved walking around , everyone here in ocean beach has dogs . The only thing we noticed was the bugs/ants . The orange round bugs would pop up overnight by the door , so we had to sweep every morning , and there’s not a dedicated pantry spot that keeps ants out - we kept our dry goods in a bag on top of the stove so the ants wouldn’t get it . Of course this is a fixable issue - it didn’t take Away from our stay. Laundry room was easy and accessible, there’s parking available - for us our 2 cars were too big for the spaces so we took up too much space .. overall- great spot . Perfect for a quick getaway . If we’re in ocean beach again, we’ll come here !

Run, do not rent this, you will be disappointed. From the drive up to walking in the door, all a disappointment. Spiders and bugs everywhere. The smell when you first walk in is terrible. It looks nice in the pics but you can tell things were done fast and in a hurry. The showers stopped working properly we couldn’t shower because the shower head wouldn’t work, the towels were brown and the bathroom mat was brown and had yellow spots all over. When reaching out to the owner he said, “after all it’s for your feet” like it shouldn’t be clean! He also said we can go and wash the towels ourselves since there was no additional towels available. When we went into the laundry room, also infested there was no soap in any of the lockers which he stated that there would be we really tried to stick it out even went to purchase sanitizer wipes to wipe everything (which were brown after doing so) and we ended up having to leave the rental property and now he’s not even responding after a request for a full refund. Please do not rent this unless you’re okay with unsanitary sleeping/living conditions.

Great place to stay with an even greater location! The apartment was very clean and has recently been remodeled. Everything was in excellent condition. The beds were comfortable and having a nice TV in each room was awesome. The rooms were very spacious, and the living area had plenty of room to watch tv and eat. The kitchen has nice, new appliances, but it is very small. It was great for us as we were just eating breakfast and brought some food back a few nights. But, I wouldn't want to make a big meal there. As stated in other reviews, the parking is tight. There are three spots, and we were lucky that it was only our car and one other that parked there each night. So, we made it work pretty easily. Basically, there just isn't much room to back out, so you have to back out a little, turn, pull forward, back out, etc. Bryan was a fantastic host - I had a few questions pop up and I messaged him and he got right back to me. Instructions to enter the apartment were clear and easy. The location is amazing! It is a very short walk (just a few minutes) to a path that takes you to the ocean. Basically a 10 minute walk to Dog Beach and about 15 minutes to Ocean Beach. I felt completely safe walking each day to the beach and around the area. We weren't out past 8:00 pm. There are a ton of restaurants in the area to walk to. And, driving, it seemed that things were only about 15 minutes away. It had easy access to the highway. I would definitely recommend staying here.
