Great back screened in porch. Relaxing and close to great BBQ. Great central location to explore the Finger Lakes area. Host was very friendly.

The location of this rental is wonderful; there are many local winery & brewery's nearby & plenty of places to grab a bite within a short distance. Our daughter and dogs had an amazing experience wading into the lake from the backyard. This property is a cabin experience; with this you are likely to share the space with spiders and such. Although there are neighbors close by on one side you do have plenty of privacy. Our family would certainly stay here again on our next trip to the area.

3rd year vacationing here. This is a great spot for us. So easy to get everywhere…. Just a few miles from Geneva and so many places to eat, drink and sight see. Everything was just so “easy”

This property was amazing. Our family of 4 stayed here (two boys- 10 and 6) and really enjoyed all the private outdoor space. Hours were spent on the beach and dock fishing, playing in the rocks, working on the fire, creating forts, etc. The rooms both have black out curtains which led to sleeping in for our normally early risers! We loved the porch as extra covered outdoor space, especially with the couple days of rain. The only negative is the lack of washer/dryer to clean all the dirt-coated clothes from playing outside all day The host Mark was friendly and quick to respond to any questions that came up.

We had such a lovely time with two adults and three small kids. We swam daily, enjoyed family time on the screened in porch, and slept comfortably. The air conditioning was adequate to keep the whole house during our 90 degree week by leaving interior doors open. We really enjoyed the privacy. The train tracks were a non-issue and our kids loved running to wave to the train crew. The water was approximately three feet deep at the end of the dock. The home matched the pictures and exceeded our expectations.

Beautiful cottage in an excellent location on Seneca Lake

Cottage was very comfortable and included all desired amenities. Convenient location that allowed, close access to Roys Marina for boat rental and near many wineries for wine tasting. Also, close to Geneva and Seneca Falls for sight seeing.

A week on the lake

We had a wonderful time at the cottage. The sunrise and sunsets were beautiful on the lake. The cottage had everything we needed!!

Lakeside paradise

The location was spot on for winery tastings, and the porch was our beginning and ending of each day. Wildlife and views that were superb. Quiet and relaxing waiting for the small train each day. Bravo!

Easy access to all our favorite places....

This cottage is located just south of Geneva and positioned so we were able to get to the other towns (Dundee, Penn Yan, Hamondsport, etc.) with in 30 minutes to an hour of the cottage.

We had a wonderful week at this cottage. Plenty of room and we loved the screened porch. Cottage had everything we needed and the owners were very responsive to our questions. Beach front was great and no seaweed so you could walk right into the lake! Only improvement would be ladder on the dock. GREAT place to rent.

Awesome time!

Love this little cottage! Great location. The furniture is comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and the screened in porch is fantastic. Had a wonderful time enjoying the view of the lake and the ducks, birds and other little visitors to the dock and beach area. Would definitely visit again!

Pretty much as listed. Nothing fancy but cleanIt was very warm at the beginning of our stay. The air-conditioning kept up for the most part. The location on the lake was very nice and a good central location for both Seneca and

House was very clean. Back screened in porch was great for dinner and relaxing. Fire pit near the water was perfect We did have a boat with us and wished we knew beforehand that the driveway made it impossible to access the property. Other than that are stay was great.

The place was exactly as described and was perfect for our stay. We’ve owned and rented on Seneca Lake since the 60’s and this place was just what we needed. Everything you would need and more. Loved the home, the property and our vacation! Thank you.

Family get away

Lovely piece of lake front, nice dock, plenty of lawn for games. Screened in porch with trundle bed, chairs, picnic table. Mermaid rock to the left of the dock. Lots of fossils. Quiet neighbors. We couldn't have asked for a better spot.

Wonderful Stay!

This was our second time at the Easy Livin' Cottage, and it did not disappoint. If you are looking for a tranquil, cozy spot with gorgeous views and easy access to the water, then this is your place. We rented paddle boards for the week, had fires on the beach, took advantage of delicious local wines and fresh produce, and went for hikes every day. Thank you so much!
