You can also step out onto your own private balcony, which has outdoor furniture. We'll provide some beach gear for you, too. There's off-street parking and free street parking available. Plus, there's a washer and dryer right in the unit.

Ride-sharing services, such as Uber or Lyft, are also readily available.

GUEST VERIFICATION & SECURITY: All guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Government ID) and verify with a “selfie” to the management company's secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in. This information is required by our insurance company and is not used for any other purposes.
PET POLICY: For our listings that are pet friendly: Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet. Guests with pets are 100% responsible for keeping their pet under control at all times. Size/weight and breed restrictions may apply. For our listings marked “no pets” - this is strictly enforced.
