Very nice home! Great communication with host! Would definitely stay here again :-) Only complaints: tv's in 2 of the 3 bedrooms did not work and parking garage is small and most of our vehicles would not fit comfortably. Ortherwise, great vacation. Location is perfect!

Thank you for the review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the home, the location, and your vacation in Ocean City—and especially happy to hear you’d stay with us again. We’re sorry about the two bedroom TVs. Unfortunately, technology occasionally decides to take its own vacation too! When we weren’t able to resolve the issue remotely, we provided a Venmo credit for the inconvenience. Since then, we’ve replaced the TVs in the hallway bedrooms with brand-new Amazon Fire TVs. We also appreciate the feedback regarding the garage. It is pictured in the listing so guests can get a sense of the space before their stay, though we understand that larger vehicles can be a tighter fit. Thanks again for staying with us, and for sharing your experience.

The host was amazing. Responded quickly and professionally addressing questions and offering a clear solution. Our stay at the condo was enjoyable, The location was just a short, easy walk to the beach and convenient to local restaurants, and shopping. The check-in was easy and the rooms were comfortable.However, we were disappointed with the state of the kitchen.Almost all of the pots and pans left for guests were dirty, greasy, or had leftover food residue on them. We had to thoroughly scrub everything before we could cook our first meal. If the host improves the cleaning oversight in the kitchen, this would be a five-star stay.

I'm equally disappointed to hear about the condition of the pots and pans. While our rental agreement asks guests to clean kitchenware after use, as these items are not part of the cleaning service between stays, we certainly expect them to be left in good condition for the next guest. I always encourage guests to let me know about any concerns upon arrival so I have an opportunity to address them promptly. I appreciate you bringing this to my attention and will look at ways to improve the experience for future guests. Thank you again for staying with us!

Beach stay

Great place to stay. Very clean and nice. Close to everything we needed. Easy, simple, and quick response when communicating with the owner. Would definitely stay again.

Central location with easy beach access. It was great that beach passes were provided. Short walk to restaurants and attractions. Modern and well maintained condo with balconies front and rear.

The condo was comfortable, clean, just as pictured, and had everything needed including kitchenware. Adam was a perfect host- friendly and responsive but otherwise left us to enjoy the rental. 10/10 will definitely be back!

Exceeded our expectations!

Adam was very informative and timely when communicating with him. The place is beautiful, excellent location, and was very clean. Only a couple minute walk to the beach.

Asbury St Stay

Property was clean and well maintained. Kitchen was stocked with all the necessities. Beds were comfortable. Easy communication with property owner . First time I ever booked a property sight unseen and so glad it worked out !

Perfect Family Getaway: Clean, Convenient, and Friendly!

Our stay at this Ocean City rental was fantastic! The unit was exceptionally clean and very family-friendly, with plenty of space for everyone. It's conveniently located just two blocks from the boardwalk and the beach, and close to all the rides, making it perfect for a fun family vacation. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ocean City!

Great Stay

The property was at a great location and very well kept. I had a couple of questions before my stay and during and Adam was super responsive and helpful both times. My family travels to OCNJ every year so we will definitely be back if he’ll have us. Thanks again!

Great Location

I had a wonderful stay at this beach house, which is conveniently located near the beach and amusements. I was initially worried about renting a house near the end of the busy summer season, but the house was in excellent condition and spotlessly clean. I had great communication with Adam, the property manager, and I would definitely stay here again.

A good time was had by all...

I highly recommend this property. It was beautiful, clean, well-stocked and located conveniently close to the boardwalk and beach. Plus, we loved the deck with the sliding French doors. They brought the outdoors in. The owner is attentive and very accommodating. I can’t say enough good things.

Great weekend!

We spent Labor Day weekend at Adams place and had the best time. The location was great with all of the shops and boardwalk right there. The beach was a short two block walk. Adam was a great host and was easy to reach via text! There was a miscommunication with the cleaners and he sent them out ASAP and even credited us some money back for the inconvenience. I would definitely utilize Adams property again!

Comfortable and clean!

The entire home was comfortable and clean. We liked the living room area as it provided enough comfortable seating. The dining table made it easy to eat a meal; but also play games. Bedrooms, closets, and bathrooms were all very comfortable and clean. There were more than enough dishes and other kitchen supplies for our group. Adam, the host was very helpful with questions. He made check-in and out very simple plus answered all of our questions thoroughly and with patience. Loved our stay!

Ocean City Vacation

This place was perfect for our week away in Ocean City. Very close to the beach and shops on Asbury. The house had plenty of space and everything was clean and convenient.
