The house was excellent for our Party of 13. Access to the dock provided the perfect entertainment for our trip, and the house was fully stocked with all essentials.

This house is AMAZING and was perfect for our group of 14! The house was clean, spacious, and had a spectacular view. There was plenty of room for everyone, and it was a wonderful place to gather and relax.The one area that could use improvement is communication with the host. I reached out several times before our arrival with questions, but responses were very slow and some questions were never fully answered. I also messaged the night before our arrival and didn’t hear back until I followed up when we were already down the street. There were no instructions regarding Wi-Fi, the house, or check-out until I reached out again. The host did apologize and eventually provided everything we needed, but having this information ahead of time would have made our arrival much smoother.The stay itself was wonderful. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking, utensils, toiletries, and more. The inside was very clean, although the porch and patio furniture had quite a few cobwebs and could have used a quick cleaning.The location was perfect for visiting the wineries around Seneca and Keuka Lakes. One suggestion would be to replace the mattresses on the queen beds. The one we used was well-loved and uneven, making for a less comfortable night’s sleep.Overall, we loved the house! It was cozy, spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for our group. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!
