Great place for the price! Exactly what we needed to enjoy the area attractions. Comfortable beds and very functional kitchen. Very homey and the hosts were very communicative when needed. Will definitely stay there again.

Was perfect for what we needed: walking distance to the Witches Brew Pub, short drive to Bank of NH concert venue. Condo was clean and comfortable. would certainly love to return!

My family and I stayed here to attend a Nascar race weekend at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. The track is an easy 20 minute drive from here. The area is very safe and quiet, as is the building the condo is in. The condo is spacious, and well equipped. We were there with our two adult children, so having two bedrooms with three beds, and two bathrooms was the perfect setup for us. There were lots of linens, a fully equipped kitchen, and even a lot of extras that might be needed like coffee, coffee filters, spices, creamers, etc. There were even many extra toiletries in case you forget anything. Melissa, one of the hosts, was in contact multiple times to make sure everything was ok and going smoothly. The condo has an outdoor pool, and a nice little deck on the back with chairs, so it would be a really nice place to stay in the summer. I would highly recommend staying here, and would definitely stay again if vacationing in the area.

Great place to stay!

Melissa, the host, was super to deal with. She has excellent communication before and during the stay! Location was good, close to so much! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Be prepared to walk down stairs (outside) to get to the condo. Not an issue for us. Considering the complex had so many buildings and units, we had no issue with noise. The bedding was comfortable and clean. What could be improved… somewhat older building so the hallways had that older building smell. Not noticeable in the condo. Some updates could be made to the unit however if it was, I’m sure the cost per night would be higher. Overall, happy with our stay and our host. Thanks again!

Accommodation is small but there was enough room for 4 adults. There is air con in the living area but not in the bedrooms but fans were available to use.. We did think there was a washing machine in the accommodation but it was actually a launderette on site. Essentials, such as tea, coffee, etc. were stocked in the accommodation which was very helpful. Extra bedding was available if needed. Laundry detergent was supplied if you wanted to use the laundrette and so was detergent for the dishwasher or to wash up by hand. The only downside to the accommodation is the amount of steps from the car park to the unit - we had lots of luggage and two people have mobility issues with stairs/steps. The walk to bars in Weirs Beach is only about 15mins but please be aware that this is a very steep hill to walk back up (longer route available but still a little hilly). We had a good vacation whilst using the accommodation as the location is ideal for Weirs Beach or travelling around the area.
