Loved it but

Loved the stay. Had a great time. When we first arrived the dinner plates were wet and dirty, so that was disappointing. Other than that we enjoyed ourselves.

Nice Family Time

We enjoyed the house and had wonderful family time! The house is very spacious and has all of the amenities needed for a great vacation. The location is not as close as we wanted to the Disney Parks, and with traffic is a good 30 minute drive. I will definitely recommend this house if you have a large group and don't mind the drive to the parks.

We had an issue with the air conditioning, I called the contact number and she was going to check into it. The thermostat had a preset minimum of 72, fine during the day but the primary bedroom was too hot to sleep at night, we checked out a day ahead of time and stayed in a hotel the last night of our trip

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear the temperature in the primary bedroom was not comfortable during your stay. We would like to clarify that the thermostat's minimum setting of 72°F is disclosed in our property description prior to booking so guests are aware of this setting in advance. After you contacted us, we remotely verified that the air conditioning system was operating properly and maintaining the home at the set temperature of 72°F. We understand that individual comfort preferences can vary, and we're sorry this did not meet your personal preference. We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention and are always available to assist guests during their stay whenever possible.

We did have an issue with the Carbon Monoxide detector on the weekend where it was beeping but it was quickly resolved same day which was very much appreciated! Would definitely recommend this home!
