Welcome to your personal slice of paradise on the 18th floor of the iconic Oceanwalk Resort in the heart of Daytona Beach. This spacious one-bedroom oceanfront suite offers direct views of the beach, boardwalk, and endless Atlantic Ocean horizon—with front-row seats to breathtaking sunrises from your private balcony.

We had a great time and enjoyed the condo. Room was clean and perfect for what we needed. Will definitely look it up again next time we travel to Daytona Beach, which very well may be next year in June again!! Thank you to the host, very responsive!

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel has many amenities for all. Would definitely visit again. Love the lazy river. Water slide and the the view from the terrace. Easy access right in the beach as well.

We stayed with my 1 year old and 20 year old. The pool area was fantastic! One of the days- there were mermaids in the pool. My daughter absolutely loved it. She also really enjoyed the kiddie area with waterslides and such. This location is great because in the late afternoon all of the amenities are in the shade. Extremely close to the beach and so much to do close by. We parked our car the entire time and walked everywhere. The place was very clean and had a great smell to it. We didn’t really use the stove or anything. Upon arrival we had a small incident but the host quickly took care of it!

The room was clean and exactly what is depicted in the pictures this is our second time staying there and we will be back a third time. On our first day the AC Wasn't working properly I contacted the host and they quickly sent someone for repairs and were very kind during conversation and made sure to check on us afterwards to ensure the ac was working properly.

Excellent views, phenomenal location and floor level, and overall the perfect fit for us. The only downside had to do with the resort’s property maintenance not having a maintenance member on-site during a busy weekend, which kept us locked out of the room until around 4am. But it wasn’t this specific property’s fault and the owner was very responsive to communicate the concerns to resort staff. Overall, we highly recommend this property and will most certainly be coming back again soon!

Great view great room

Condo was the perfect size amenities were awesome. I have to day the AC in the room was phenomenal cooled down quickly and stayed cool. We had a wonderful time in a wonderful condo!

Perfect beach getaway!

Wonderful stay in a clean, well-equipped ocean view unit. The sunrise views were breathtaking—making coffee in the kitchen while watching the ocean was a highlight. We had access to all the amenities at the resort, and the owner was friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place. 2 minir issues.1. Could only get luke warm water in sonk Nd shower. Asked front deskvto fix it but no change2. There were 2 tvs but no cable. Only 1 ROKU.

We liked the view of the ocean and the location on the 18th floor. We also liked the cosmetic updates to the property. The place was not very clean when we arrived. There were dirty utensils and stains on the sheets. The furniture was very uncomfortable. When you sit on the couch you sink into it. The mattresses were not comfortable at all. The fitted sheets were soft but they did did not fit properly on the bed - they were too small. The updates in the kitchen and bathroom were very nice. The washing machine and dryer worked well. We loved the amenities at the facility! The pools, hot tubs, fitness center, arcade, and putt-putt golf made our stay enjoyable.

The check in process was excellent. Anna checked us in. Super friendly and I remembered her from a previous year from a different owner condo at this resort. The room was very clean although I think the owners should replace all decorative pillows and the dusty plastic decoration in bathroom, but honestly no biggy considering how clean and updated everything else was. The couch pull out was old and not suitable for an adult, but for our 9 year old it was perfectly fine. I loved how easy the sliding glass door worked and the hot water and toilets worked perfectly all week. The towels provided were probably from a professional cleaning company and that company REALLY needs to update their towels as one was so thin you could see through it and had small hole. Watch your ankels when walking around the beds in the bedroom. All 3 of us at some point stabbed ourselves when getting around in the tight fit in the bedroom. The beds were VERY comfortable. If you are a light sleeper you should use a Fan app for white noise. You can hear the elevator going up and down if not. Not super loud by any means, but offering advice if you are light sleeper. Hallway noise was minimum if you are worried about bedroomn window facing hallway. It was not an issue and allowed for some great sleep in a dark room. The place was decorated in the cutest beach vibes, you can tell the owner put some thought into it. I would absolutly stay here again.

The check in was horrible (I thought the directions were bad and another traveler thought so as well). I will admit I was extremely tired by time I checked in. It is a shared facility, one side by hotel, other side by condo association. Directed on the wrong side no one, not parking attendant nor front desk (once I asked about checking in and they couldn’t find reservation) ever asked or even recommended to check on other side. Left facility to find a place to park (parking for checking in was limited space place it was New Years Evening). VRBO customer service couldn’t find my email or reservation multiple times it was spelled out by daughter and myself). Talked with condo owner (not local). Frustrating. Did finally got checked in. View was great. Close to various shops and restaurants. I was there for 4 nights, we had one small dish towel (hand cloth size) and medium (hand cloth size) for kitchen use. Full size kitchen (did use refrigerator and plates). Bathroom had towels. Said they would have shampoo onsite (it was a 1 oz bottle) we had packed our own travel size so didn’t use. They had stacked w/d that we did use. Again views are spectacular! We found some “gummy” substance on a throw rug in bedroom cleaner came next morning and took care of that. We had to manually turn on TVs.

The unit was perfect for my husband and I to take a few days riding bikes on the beach. The views from the 18th floor were spectacular. We even saw a rocket launch from the Cape early one morning. The AC kept things cool and comfortable and the unit was immaculate. I would definitely come back and recommend to friends.

I chose to invest in the Ocean Walk Condominium and Resort because I’ve always focused on offering high-end vacation experiences. As a long-time VRBO host since 2011, I’ve prioritized properties that combine luxury, amenities, and entertainment. For example, I’ve hosted guests at the Fontainebleau, a renowned 4–5 star resort in Miami Beach, along with other premium properties. Ocean Walk meets that same standard, which is why I’m proud to offer this unit here in Daytona Beach.

In my opinion, Ocean Walk is the top vacation property in Daytona Beach. It’s located directly on the beach and features exceptional amenities: multiple outdoor pools with jacuzzis, a lazy river, indoor pool, hot tub, and a full fitness center. Guests enjoy direct beach access and a convenient connection to the Ocean Walk Entertainment Mall via the fourth-floor Skywalk—just steps away from dining, shopping, and entertainment. The nearby boardwalk also offers live concerts, family-friendly attractions, and plenty to explore.

What truly makes this unit unique is the care and attention that went into updating it. When I purchased the property, I saw its potential—but knew it needed a full refresh to meet the high standards I expect for my guests.

We replaced all of the furniture, from the beds and couch to the bar stools, with brand-new, stylish pieces. Several appliances were upgraded as well, including a new refrigerator and a new washer and dryer for added convenience.

The bathroom underwent a complete transformation. It originally had outdated vinyl walls and a tub that didn’t feel inviting. I brought in a professional to install elegant, floor-to-ceiling porcelain tile around the bathtub and added a high-end Kohler tub to create a clean, modern, spa-like experience.
I also upgraded the flooring to luxury planks—not just for their beautiful, elegant look, but also because after a long day at the beach, you want something soft and inviting under your feet to complete the perfect vacation experience."
We also brightened up the entire unit with fresh paint in cheerful, welcoming tones and added new baseboards to complete the refreshed look. Even the balcony—one of the best features of the space—was updated with high-end outdoor furniture and a new floor finish to enhance the oceanfront experience.

These thoughtful upgrades were made to ensure that every guest enjoys not only the beautiful location, but also the comfort, quality, and charm of a truly special vacation home.
