Great Property

We had such a nice time staying at this condo. Everything was communicated clearly prior to arriving, and I appreciated the various food suggestions to try during our stay. Highly recommend and we look forward to returning in the future.

We loved the condo, the easy access, check-in, the convenience to everything and honestly, the view was spectacular. Our stay in 1309 - South Tower - was among one of our most memorable in Daytona!

Watching the sunrise

The pictures are what you get! We were there a few days after Milton & you wouldnt even know!! They are so quick at clean up its unbelievable. Waking up every morning watching the sunrise while having our coffee was amazing. The sound of the waves crashing on the shore is unforgettable. The location was great, being able to walk out the resort doors & be on the beach was great. We didnt even use the pools at the resort because we loved the walk on the beach. The condo could use some upgrades, bar chairs were ripped, bathroom taps come apart & bathroom fan does not work. Usually this would bother us. But after sitting on the patio & the view we really didnt care, it wasnt an inconvenience just a little worn down. We loved the washer/dryer this came in handy & the full kitchen had everything we needed for the few days we were there. Will be back!!

Exactly what we expected

The property is nice. We have stayed here a few times. This was the first time on the condo side. Overall the quality of the room was what we expected for this price. I had an issue with the linens the first day and they were changed out very quickly. Some of the hardware in the bathroom sink and tub could be updated, but again, for this price, I’m not complaining. It was a great value.

Excellent stay during Jeep Beach

location was the key to another successful trip to Florida. Liftwithtrac.com was staying here in this very clean and convenient condo. After working the show we got to unwind in this condo overlooking the ocean. Everything we need was there and in the morning the sunrise was spectacular. Choose between the beach or the pool to cool off. The parking garage kept our vehicle safe as well from the elements as we never had the top on the Jeep. We recommend this unit to others.

Great property

This was a spring break trip for my wife and I along with our children. This property was very nice and conveniently located. This condo was also very clean with modern amenities. Building was also very nice and we all enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area

Great Vacay in Daytona!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The hotel was great and the staff were ALL nice and amazing!! I am glad we decided to stay here for our anniversary! Would definitely book again! The host made sure to send all information that was needed!😊

Great stay

Close to everything in Daytona, it was a wonderful get away to be on the beach and enjoy the sunrises every morning. Everyone working at this hotel had a smile on their face, were very helpful and they did a good job keeping up with the sand and cleaning.

Excellent family vacation

We stayed at this exact property in 2019. The resort is amazing. The property had some upgrades since our last stay with the addition of solid surface counters in the kitchen. The bathroom flooring and appliances could use an update but the property is clean and well maintained. The bed was comfy. We had a great time and will return next year. Thank you!!

Perfect location!

The property was beautiful. The condo was extremely clean and the view was amazing. We were within walking distance of everything we needed. Daytona Beach seems to be making a comeback. This place will make us come back!

ould have been better

Great location and view! Room was ok, a couple pictures do not match what is in the room! Toilet is wobbly, don't lean forward it might create a mess, one stove burner did not work, cracked tiles on the floor, crack between front door and jam was so big, you could almost see thru it. Room could use a little TLC There was no fitness center, indoor pool, indoor mini golf, only one outside hot tub worked, not enough lounge chairs at the pool!! Would have been nice to know this! This was all advertised on the listing Contacted the owner about the stool being loose, she sent the maintenance guy, he checked the bar stools, when she contacted and said the bar stools were all fine, we told her it was the toilet stool, she got all upset because it costs her per visit! Not sure if it was ever looked at or not since we checked out a day early. Owner was quite rude every time we had to deal with her! For the money spent, you would expect a more upkept place, and a friendlier owner
