Everything was great. It was our second time staying at this property. We do miss the golf cart to get to the main hotel. A/C works great and has a nice-sized kitchen. They have coolers too that you can use. See you next time.

Omar, was great, he thought the the energy company was gonna do extensive repairs to transformers in the area so our booked days would be cut short not only did he let us stay until work began he refunded the money, when the day came the work didn’t affect our villa so we stayed for the rest at a reasonable price, thanks Omar , your the best great experience

Great location in a resort setting.

Outstanding stay. 2nd time staying at this location. Great location to visit San Juan and eastern part of the island, including Yunque rainforest.

Perfect vacation with a view

Our family had a wonderful time, the place is perfect for enjoying golf, pool, beach and the Wyndham resort , we also enjoyed having everything we needed in the unit, Omar is a great host !

Paradise retreat.

Outstanding villa for long term stay. Great access to all the amenities within the resort and to the attractions on the island. Closest villa to the clubhouse that has two outstanding restaurants. A lot to do within the resort complex with superb golf, beach, spa and tennis.

Incredible property

We stayed for 10 days and the property was perfect for our little family. From the golf cart to the boogie boards, you have everything you could need to feel like you're at home. The host is so nice and responsive when needed as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 1 month stay at the villa. Very spacious rooms and had all the amenities we needed. The location is excellent and the golf cart was very convenient to get to the beach,pool or hotel.We will definitely be back.

Enjoyed our stay at the villa. It was situated on the 9 green of the ocean course which we enjoyed watching the golfers. The club house was a short 2 minute walk. The villa is a short 10 minute walk to Wyndham Grand Rio Mar resort or a 3 minute shuttle ride from golf course. Overall the Villa was nice but it could have been cleaner upon our arrival. One of the bedroom beds should be replaced for a more comfortable night sleep. The Villa was well appointed in the kitchen however there was no oven just a toaster oven which limited some dinner ideas. Overall the location was great to grocery stores, rain forest, beaches and restaurant. Highly recommend Puerto Rico for your next vacation.

Outstanding location to explore Puerto Rico

You get a vacation of a lifetime by staying at this villa. You can explore the rainforest, go to the best beaches, nightlife in San Juan, and plenty of golf. Situated inside a resort complex you can enjoy the hotel bars, restaurants, and spa. Conveniently located, you can access other golf courses and resorts, restaurants, the airport, and San Juan within 30 minutes. Highly recommended!

Took me a minute to realize I needed to park outside the cluster gate and walk into the unit to get the gate opener, but that was the worst part of the whole stay! The unit has everything you need, even beach chairs and toys. I stayed with my father and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the terrace with coffee in the morning, a drink in the evenings.

Beautiful villa on the 9th hole

We had a wonderful 6 weeks at the villa. The golf cart was great to access the beach. My husband enjoyed watching the golfers come by. The resort is beautiful! Thank you Omar!

This was our 2nd stay at the villa. As before, we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the spaciousness of the villa and the terrace with the spectacular view of the golf course. Overall ,a very relaxing time in a quality location.

Perfect golf and Beach family condo

This property was ideally located and we'll equipped for a fun family vacation. The golf cart was an essential part of the experience - making it easy to reach the beach club and access the Wyndham resort facilities. Everything in the villa was ideal for a comfortable and restful family vacation. The patio was ideal for quiet relaxation. Omar made access and departure easy. Thoroughly recommend.

Cannot beat this location - we enjoyed coffee on the patio watching the golfers tee off each morning. Only used the air conditioning in the bedrooms and they kept us plenty cool. Kitchen is nicely updated with everything you would need. Plenty of space in the dining/living room, but we mostly enjoyed sitting out on the patio. Beach chairs are available if you plan to explore other beaches. Beach towels, boogie boards and cooler also available. You will need a car to get to the beach, as well as to explore El Yunque. We preferred the villa beach area but also enoyed the beach area in front of the Wyndham - beach chairs and umbrellas are available at both. We got drinks and delicious burgers at 5:00 somewhere and had a fabulous dinner at Iguanas in the Clubhouse. Would also recommend the Rico Pan bakery for pastries and sandwiches, Ekelekua for brunch or lunch,and Luquillo Kiosk #22 - Jibaros.

Great location (30 min east of SanJuan), close to some activities, nice condo on a very nice Wyndham complex. Price is fair for what you're getting. Having access to golf cart is huge. During our stay Florida had snow. We had great weather. Puerto Rico is tropical place. Rains come (and go). Friendly people, good food & music everywhere. Safe.

Golfer's delight

For those who love to play golf, you couldn't ask for a better location. It is right next to the clubhouse where you have access to both the ocean and the river courses the hole in one grill and the iguana restaurant And the golf cart definitely comes in handy. If you decide to go to the beach after your morning round of golf, you can head on over to the beach club and pull right up to the beach with the cart. Omar was very attentive to both Calls and text messages, he responded very quickly. Overall, for the price, a very nice place to stay.. Thank you Omar

Disaster

Bed and sofa couch needs to be a little cleaner, sheets and pillow. Front door needs to be fixed, and Windows has no screen to protect yourself from mosquitoes. Main pool was under construction and we were not notified

disgusting

The apartment was disgusting. It had not been clean before we arrived. The mattresses were stained, the bathroom with ants—the curtains with molds. It had a horrible smell. I had to buy Clorox to clean the apartment while I stayed. The location was beautiful, golf cart a most, but the apartment needs to be updated. The owner has yet to communicate or ask us how we are doing. The access to the property could have been more transparent.

First time we received such an unpleasant comments and false reviews. First of all, there is an explicit instruction book as to how to access the complex. it's unfortunate you did not had the time to review and in turn contact us if there were any inquiries at all. Moreover, we do not have to communicate with you unless you have an issue in your stay, which also did not happen. Should there was an issue at the arrival, I believe it's your responsibility and duty to tell us so then we can act immediately and accordingly for said issue. Transparency was not the issue rather lack communication from your end and not having the time to read the INstuction book before your stay.
