I will start with the positives. The location is amazing, quiet area, and view unbeatable. If you're looking to escape crowds and big size high story resorts , this is the place. The condo had everything, and was stocked well with coolers, beach chairs, different kitchen gear. We also appreciated big size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and wash. There waz also detergent for laundry.Now onto the things that need improvement. The parking is a hurdle if you have two cars. In our case I reached out to Sure Stay PM and was told that of parking is available we can use it. But when when we arrived we discovered that all parking spaces were numbered and after talking with the office and the PM we were just sent back and forth between the two. We saw that spaces were indeed available, but there wasn't any accomodations made for us to park in an available spot. We ended up parking on the street which wasn't the most convenient option with kids.Second thing - unit wasn't clean. One of the beds had sand in it, and it looked like sheets weren't changed at all. They did come in and change them after I complained, but this shouldn't have happened, unit should've been clean before our arrival. Also the twin beds aren't comfortable at all, the mattresses are really uncomfortable to sleep on. Third, I requested the twin bed to be arranged into one bed, and specifically called to request that, and this request wasn't done either, we had to move the beds ourselves.
