📍 E.B. Jeffress Park – 4 miles
A serene spot along the Blue Ridge Parkway, featuring two scenic trails: the 1-mile Cascades Trail with rhododendron-lined paths and waterfalls, and the half-mile Tomkins Knob Trail leading to historic sites and overlooks.
📍 Cascade Falls – 4 miles
A beautiful waterfall is located minutes from downtown Deep Gap. It is a relatively easy hike, approximately 1.2 miles, but be careful as there are a lot of steps. The short hike provides two separate overlooks.
📍 New River Corn Maze – 18 miles
Opens in September each year, providing families with a fun-filled day of exploration while enjoying the beautiful fall foliage. The maze is located on the historic Brown Family Farm. They provide hayrides, picnics by the river, and the possibility of getting lost in the corn maze.

🔑 KEYLESS ENTRY: Access the property easily with our keyless entry system using a keypad. A unique access code will be provided to each guest for added security and ease.

🐾 PETS: Pets must be registered and reported to the host. Ensure that they are well-behaved and that you take necessary precautions to prevent any damage. Please bring a pet crate and keep pets crated or leashed when not present at the property. Pet owners will be responsible for any damages caused.

✔️ No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed.
✔️ Please observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM.
✔️ Please close the latches by making sure they click securely on the hot tub cover properly after every use. Without latching, the cover could fly off and damage the hot tub.
✔️ Turn off the jets to the hot tub after every use
✔️ Respect the neighbors. Do not park on their premises or cause any disturbances.
✔️ Respect the home. Do not break or damage anything. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay.
✔️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues.
✔️ Do not use the fire ring in the yard. With prior permission, fire rings are available for guest use at the campground
✔️ Follow the guidebook instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions.
✔️ Adhere to the standard check-in and check-out times. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to the host's approval.
✔️ Any unauthorized moving of furniture that results in additional cleaning, repairs, or setup may incur a fee of up to $1000.

Video recording devices only monitor the exterior of the home and not any of the interior or swimming/hot tub areas.
