Excellent Location Lovely Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is very comfortable and clean and the location is the best. Similar distance to all the places: New Buffalo, Three Oaks, Union Pier, Sawyer, etc with all that offer (restaurants, shops, antiques, etc). I have stayed here 2 times and the communications are always super smooth. The house has stuff you need for the beach (chairs, towels). The screened in porch is where we were 90% of the time - it is comfy, lovely, great place to play games do puzzles, etc. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Location is amazing!! Being able to walk to the beach with the kids and all the accessories completely made the vacation. We love to cook, so perhaps some more basic kitchen utensils would have been nice, measuring cups for example. However, this did not in anyway take away for our enjoyment of the property. Loved it!

This was a perfect location. Close to the beach. Clean and comfortable. The screened in porch was a much loved spot for us to do games and puzzles. Would totally stay here again.

Very clean and accurate description. You can hear the lake from the back porch which was so relaxing! Great location and really attentive and sweet property managers. The cleanest vrbo I have ever stayed in. Only down side was some spider webs and spiders outside one of the doors. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Beach Vacation!

Special thanks to the owners of Wine Down house! Our family had a great stay and loved Lake Michigan. The house is open and well laid out with two adult bedrooms (queens) and two kid bedrooms (bunk beds). It appears the house was built in the 1980’s or 90s and has been freshly painted and two of the bathrooms have been updated. The outside has a great screened in porch and yard. Only 50 steps to the breach bluff stairs. Thank you!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spacious house, beautifully decorated, excellent location. We were pleased to see all the beach gear in the garage, including chairs, body boards, even a dinghy. Loved that we could walk to two beaches, the bakery and the corner grocery. A very minor issue was quickly and efficiently addressed. Overall, the house and Aqua surpassed our expectations.

More lights in certain rooms. The fireplaces weren't available. Not a big deal, but would have been nice. Great having access to beach chairs, etc. in the garage.
