Everything was wonderful during our stay. Communication with the host was great, and the area felt safe and was conveniently close to the water. I would highly recommend this property.

Very nice property with comfortable beds and lots of space to spread out and relax. The front screened in deck was lovely! Easy walk to the beach too. We appreciated all the beach chairs, towels, wagon, etc. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property!The check-in process was very smooth, and the host provided an abundant amount of useful information about the area. The location was perfect for our family trip with small children and the home was stocked with a ton of toys and games which kept our kids entertained. The kitchen was also very well stocked.

This house was the perfect setting for our girls trip! It is close to the beach and had everything we needed to be able to laugh and create memories. The host had great communication and the house was even better than expected.we will definitely stay here again!!

This is our second year renting this property. We love the proximity to the beach and the walkability to local shops and restaurants. The house is the perfect size for our family and has lots of little spots to relax (sunroom, hot tub, screened in porch). The owner was very helpful in pointing us toward local places and goings on in the area. We will be back!

This is a really well stocked house! All the cooking tools you need, spices, oils, etc are also well stocked! Lots of beach needs (wagon, chairs, floats, coolers...) which is huge help when trying to free up space when packing. Also, lots of toys for kids and board games for all ages. Amazing location, too!

We love our annual beach vacation and have enjoyed CHC three years in a row. Location is absolutely perfect and we love the house!

My high school girlfriends are retired. We love this home. It has space where we can all lounge in one room if we want, but offers other seating areas if we want our space to read a book or whatever. The beds are all very comfy. The kitchen is well-supplied. The master shower is awesome. Since they offer larger beds compared to other homes that may throw in some bunks or futons, it is great that we all could sleep in a bed for a great night's sleep. The hardwood floors are beautiful. Quick walk to the beach (maybe 5 minutes - right out the backyard). Many places close by to eat or have a wine or cocktail. We didn't use the hot tub but it is in a private backyard and looked very clean. Far enough away to feel like we are hidden away in the woods. We will be back next year!

Great location and wonderful yard

Enjoyed our stay! House is as advertised and very close to a great beach. Walking distance to shops at Union Pier also a plus.

Great family vacation

From 16 to 83 everyone enjoyed their stay. Couldn't use the hot tub due to excessive heat but will be our excuse to come back.

Great getaway!!

This property was wonderful! The screened in porch was the perfect spot to have a glass of wine and catch up with friends. So close to beach and easy walk to breakfast and dinner. Would definitely stay again.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here with friends. Great location and lots of space. We had a few minor issues—but spoke with host about them and she’s resolving, including updating the guest bathroom this year! It’s a cozy, comfortable home.
