Our condo is perfectly situated on the 24th floor East corner with unrestricted panoramic views! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom, and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with beverage cooler, 75” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 65" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the master, King in the 2nd bedroom, two Queens in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms and two twin cots for sleeping up to 14.
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool that connects with a lazy river and water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, large jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.
Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Gulf Shores II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Great place to stay brother and 5 sisters went down because our younger sister is on dialysis and wanted to go see the ocean. Loved every minute of it. We made lots of pictures to treasure.

Was a beautiful condo in an amazing location. Lots of room and amenities to keep the whole family entertained. Only issue we had was with check in. The code that was sent to get in the condo was not correct. We spent over an hour trying to get ahold of someone to get us in late at night after a long day of traveling.

We had a wonderful stay and the property manager, Michael, was very accommodating and quick to respond. My only suggestion would be different furniture in the living room. The couch cushions kept moving and the pieces were not connected.

Despite being on the 24th floor, the elevators were extremely efficient! We were a little worried about that being inconvenient but it wasn’t at all. The room itself was awesome. The view of the coastline was gorgeous and loved the big window. Woke up to the sunrise every morning and could see for miles! Made for a more beautiful rainy day too. The rooms were all very nice. The extra cots were comfy too. Communication was excellent. My kids loved the slide and lazy river! Thanks for a great stay!
