Located in East Wichita, enjoy what this 4-bedroom house has to offer. With 2 king beds, 1 full size bunk bed, and 1 queen bed, 3 full baths, two living areas, updated and spacious kitchen, large outside upper deck with seating and gas fire pit as well as ground level patio with seating and wood burning fire pit and a large well maintained back yard, this beautiful property is perfect for families or groups of friends. The home is complete with a television in every bedroom, heating, AC, WiFi, washer/dryer, gas grill, and indoor storm shelter and so much more. This gorgeous house also features a large basement that is ready to entertain with a pool table, foosball table, electric dart board, 2 arcade games, 85 in television and a jukebox full of music. On a nice summer day you can enjoy the outdoor activities this neighborhood offers with a community pool, playground and two ponds for fishing and all in walking distance. Property is a short drive to shopping, dining, and entertainment. This is a great place to call homebase while you're away and we look forward to your stay.

Rooms clean plenty of towels toilet tissue kitchen well stocked and enough room for all of us. We were not on top of one another. Great time was had by everyone.

Womder stay beautiful house lots to do. Pool table, foose ball, arcade games and even a jukebox. Beds were very comfortable softer sheets on the beds more than a hotel bed. Communication with the property owner was easy and very helpful when needed. Will definitely book again when I get back to the area

This was the best place.. thought of everything. We accidentally locked ourselves out host was very attentive in helping us get back into the house. The games, pool table made our family time in Wichita very memorable.. can’t give enough stars this was amazing

This house was amazing and will be my first go to for future trips! The beds in all of the rooms were extremely comfortable. The back yard had a nice BBQ and fire pit area that we used a handful of times during our 3 week stay

This home is a wonderful place to stay! Great location in a safe neighborhood. There was so much to do, we spent far more time at the house than expected. Even my grandpa joined in a game of pool.

Great house in a very safe neighborhood on the East side of Wichita. It was close to our family, the location was perfect for us. We had more than enough room and we enjoyed hanging out in the basement/game room. The back patio was really nice, oversized yard - great for families! Jason was quick to respond when we had a question. I would definitely stay here again - don’t miss out on this gem!

Excellent stay! Spotless, great furnishings and bed, well stocked kitchen, patio great, large and very nice bathroom. Excellent host- couldn’t ask for a better stay in this lovely home. The extra touches were noticed and appreciated so much! Can’t wait to return!

Wichita Family Vacation

The house was exactly as advertized with several extra amenities. A great suburb location close to shopping and a community pool.The kids loved the video games, pool table and juke box. The adults loved a Smart TV in each bedroom that offered a private getaway.We will definitely stay there when we visit Wichita again.

Perfect Family-Friendly Stay with Extra Fun!

We had a wonderful stay in Wichita. Jason’s home was beautiful—spacious, clean, and perfect for families. It was kid-friendly and also had great adult features like a pool table, jukebox, and video game machines that we really enjoyed. The outdoor patio and fire pit area were also greatJason was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions quickly before arrival. His hospitality made us feel welcome and at ease from the start.Highly recommend this place—we’d definitely stay again!

This house is absolutely perfect. We will definitely stay again the next time we visit Wichita. Jason was very attentive and welcoming/friendly. There wasn't anything we needed. It has it all. We effortlessly were able to entertain our 18, 17, 12 year old chikdren and our 1 month old grand daughter. The back yard was great for playing games and making a fire and enjoying Smores and Stories. The house was very clean and everything was in working condition. We loved having so much space. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend the basement and all it has to offer, pool table, darts, arcade games, and lots of board games. Our teenage sons were content . We enjoyed the added benefit of being able to use the neighborhood amenities. We enjoyed Fishing at both ponds.

This worked perfectly for 3 families (9 total) staying together for a basketball tournament held in Andover. 5 miles to the facility and minutes to plenty of shopping and restaurants. Quiet, safe neighborhood with great outdoor space and the pool table was used frequently by the kids. Jason was very responsive and the house was great!

Great location! Near fast food, nice dining, and shopping. Less than 3 miles to Koch arena. Hosts were very responsive and house was more than enough room for my family to be entertained and relax. Definitely will reserve again when back in Wichita.
