Hi Jackson, We were disappointed to see the 2-star rating, especially given the circumstances of your stay. Throughout your visit, the agreed-upon occupancy limits were exceeded, which required repeated communication from us. These limits are clearly stated in our listing and house rules and are in place for safety, insurance, and local compliance. Our outreach was necessary to address these violations and ensure the property remained within required guidelines. We did not receive any specific concerns from you during your stay that would explain the low rating or that we could have worked to resolve at the time. We are always willing to address issues when they are communicated. We wish you the best in your future travels.
