This 3rd floor oceanfront condo sleeps 8-10 people comfortably with a king bed in the master bedroom, two queens in bedroom 2, and two doubles in bedroom 3. With decks off the living room and master bedroom, guests staying in Ocean One 321 enjoy panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and its white sandy beaches. After hours in the surf, vacationers rinse under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is one block from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. This light and airy property has ceramic tile or wood flooring throughout. Ocean One has added a brand new grilling area to the complex just beyond the pool.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice! Pool got a lot of use from us, and the entire property was in great shape and was comfortable. Access to beach was easy, and made time usage flexible. Also, with security we felt very safe, and secure.

Beautiful view of the ocean and sunrise. Kids enjoyed the heated pool. Location is good and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Condo was clean and well equipped. The kitchen dining room and living room are very open and spacious, allowing our family of eight to be very comfortable. Love the balcony. The only drawback was it is a little too close to the Tiki Hut bar, playing loud music most of the day and evening.

Having stayed in this property three years ago, the recent renovation to kitchen is beautiful with ocean and pool view. Ideal location to beach, Cologne and park. Perfect family beach week.

Overpriced for conditions upon arrival

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival, there were a couple issues. I noted them to the rental company. It appeared the linens were not washed / changed in a guest room. Mascara stains on a couple pillow cases and the beds seemed “untidy”. Aluminum foil was in the vents. So strange. A broken table outside. The closet doors are near impossible to open and shut easily. Closets are a mess. We could tell in photos it had been updated and the kitchen and bathrooms / counter were very clean and nice. However I had to wash linens upon arrival. Since I notified the rental company late on a Saturday (day of check in) they didn’t see it until Monday which I understand. They did text me about the issue, I was busy with my small children and was going to respond later. We get back to our condo and not even 5 minutes later someone shows up to address it - which is great but it was not a good time and I didn’t ask them to come. My kids were needing naps and here comes someone to try to fix it all when I hasn’t even been given 2 hours yet to get a moment to respond to a text on my vacation. They didn’t call me. I find it unprofessional to not give me a call or at least a half day to respond to a text on vacation when I’m not on my phone much chasing my kids. They just showed up at a very bad time. I asked them to leave after a man tried to fix a closet door and removed a broken table. Then no one followed up. I need some sort of compensation for the state of the condo upon arrival. Sure they offered to send housekeeping but that was 72 hours later and I had already washed the sheets for my family to sleep on. I expect a cleaning fee to be refunded or something. I love ocean one but unfortunately I cannot recommend unit 321 right now.

Spring break

Great property and agency. The only thing we encountered was the property was under construction and the elevators were not working which was not ideal. Would still recommend and would stay here again. Great for families. Pool was really nice and beach access was great.

Great Accommodations for our Family Vacation

The accommodations were super! The location is ideal and within walking distance to the beach and Coligny Plaza. The condo was clean and exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again...will be looking at the availability calendar to book this condo again. The only thing we found not completely up to par was one mattress needs to be replaced as it sagged significantly in the middle.

Can't wait to book again!

We had a recent visit here and we were extremely pleased! The property was as clean as it could be on the beach. Do you ever really get all the sand off the floor? Everything within the listing was as advertised. You couldn't ask for a better location and access to the beach. Great views from the balcony of the beach and the pool area. We highly recommend this place to others and look forward to hopefully booking again next year.

The ocean view was beautiful. While it was too cold to swim, the pool was in great condition. All the bathrooms have all been nicely updated. The kitchen cabinets are little worn out but the countertop is updated. The unit is spacious and nicely decorated.

We were very disappointed in the Master bedroom. The louver doors were on off their hinges and just leaning up against the wall. The owner’s personal belongs were in totes and took up the entire closet space. In fact, all the closets were full of old pillows and comforters. An extremely small 6 drawer chest was the only drawer space in the master bedroom.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Large specious unit with excellent ocean views, but a lot of little things that hold it back from being fabulous. Kitchen cabinets need repainting or replacement, broken drawer and loos knobs, paint cracks and wear spots, Bathroom counter is stained, bath carpet piece is old and needs to be replaced. MBA chair is stained and needs replacement. Another piece of furniture in LR, Doors on pantry shelves, etc. Also hardwoods are starting to show their age. Just kind of underwhelming for this price range. Bit not so bad that we would not stay again.

Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great. From the start of the reservation to our departure. It has been remodeled and beautiful, kitchens and decor. However I will make a suggestion. Two bathroom doors are in bad shapes and need to be replaced. The door handle on the sliding glass door is broken. The screen is broken and leaning up against the door. The trim around some of the floors need to be replaced or painted. The closet door in the King size room is leaning inside the closet. These repairs take away from the new remodel. It would be nice to have hand rails in at least one of the bathrooms for the elderly. My mother and father in law had a very hard time showering. These are just suggestions. I don’t mean to complain.
