This 3rd floor oceanfront condo sleeps up to 6 people with a king bed in the master bedroom, two twins in bedroom 2, and a living room sleeper sofa. With decks off the living room and master bedroom, guests staying in Ocean One 307 enjoy panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and its white sandy beaches. After hours in the surf, vacationers rinse under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool. Ocean One has added a brand new grilling area to the complex just beyond the pool.
Ocean One is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is one block from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. Besides a cheerful decor, the kitchen and baths in Ocean One 307 have been recently renovated with sparkling white appliances and cabinetry.

Pleasant stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was great--very clean upon arrival, everything was in working order, no unpleasant issues. The pool was sparkling clean. It has a very nice bonfire setup, great grills, absolutely beautiful view. The only drawback (and it's not this property's problem) is the hotel (?) next door has a pavilion that has live music almost every night from 5-10pm. If you're looking for a quiet evening on the balcony, that's not going to happen. But if that's your jam, it's a free ticket! Would recommend this property and will definitely return.

Beautiful view and location, horrible Villa

If this had been our first time, I'm not sure we would be back.

The linens were torn and cheap, the beds were hard, miniature for even a small child and not comfortable. The living furniture was so aged it appeared dirty

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was nice for the short stay we were there. It was very clean and the location was great. Direct oceanfront and the view was great! Close to Coligny, shopping, and restaurants. There was construction going on next door which was a little annoying with noise. The unit itself needs updating in every way. The couch is brand new but not comfortable at all. This unit is nice for a couple of adults and no more than 2 small children as the furniture in living area is worn out other than small sofa. It was clean so that made it easier to look past the outdated everything. It definitely needs some TLC as the walls (and bathroom door) had areas of paint being torn off and never repaired or repainted. I would not recommend to a friend unless all they cared about was the view.

First timers to Hilton head

Reviewer Comments: Great location, but the unit has very old furniture, twin beds were uncomfortable and very squeaky. The coffee pot is broken, and there are no decent wine glasses. We didn't use the appliances, bathrooms are very dated.

Very disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beds were the most uncomfortable I've ever slept in. The elevator was broken the entire time. The doors were peeling wood. The ceiling plaster was falling off in the bathroom.

Bad experience but handled well

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay started with an AC unit that wasn't working. We called immediately and they sent someone out that day but still didn't help. We did the same thing the next day with no results. It just wasn't working. We decided to leave after only a few days bc we had a baby that wasn't sleeping, etc, upset people that had driven 25 hours to be there. I have to say that management handled it the way I expected and refunded most of our money. Possibly, these units need to be inspected more often and maybe before every stay. This was ridiculous. I still love this location bc it overlooks the beach and close to pool. I have no complaints about the unit itself. It was nice-just a bad experience with the AC.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ocean One 307 provides perfect views of the ocean and pool area and is next door to the Tiki Hut. The unit is very nice and quite comfortable. The only minor improvements suggested are to repair the water flow in the primary bedroom bath and to replace the fry pans/skillets in the kitchen. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Needs help

Location = great. View and access to the beach was great. Cleanliness = poor. Kitchen, bathrooms were not clean nor were the utinsils/plates in the kitchen. Bathrooms - both were in very poor condition. Toilet in the guest bathroom was loose and could easily be moved around. Bathroom cielings were peeling.... and the medicine cabinet looked liked something had splattered inside. Bottom line = i've stayed in older properties... and have zero issues. This was poorly kept and older. For the price would consider some updating or general deep cleaning.

Not the best experience.

Outdated! Will not rent the unit again. The property is in need of renovations. The ceilings are peeling. The balcony ceiling appears to have water damage. One of the coffee pots is rusted. The fabric furniture needs to be updated. Visible stains.

Beautiful location

Great location. Beautiful property. Awesome cozy condo. Could use some updates to the bathroom, furniture, linen and kitchen but definitely will stay again.

Great vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My daughters and I take a ‘girls vacation’ annually and chose HHI as our destination this year. We really lucked out with Ocean One and Seashore Vacations! Our unit was perfect and the facility location was crazy convenient to shopping, dining, and coffee :) We even enjoyed live music nightly from our balcony! Our only negative was no basics in the kitchen, salt, pepper, etc. Everything else perfect!! Beach chairs, umbrella, sand bucket. Thank you!
