With a balcony accessible by the living room and master bedroom, guests staying in Shorewood 205 enjoy panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and its white sandy beaches. Upgrades include freshly renovated kitchen (January 2022) plus all stainless renovated kitchen, some new furniture, painting throughout, new beds, flat screen televisions & blu-ray player. Shorewood is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach with an oceanfront pool (heated) and spa. Pool is Heated March 1 - April 30 and Oct 1 - November 30. Toddlers have a separate wading pool. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Shorewood is just two blocks from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. Also nearby is the new Low Country Celebration ParkThis nicely furnished property features a bar-height bistro set on the balcony overlooking the ocean. King bed in the master bedroom with walk-in shower, 1 Queen and 1 Twin in bedroom 2 plus a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Great Location, comfortable stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So the condo is very nicely appointed and is very comfortable. Photos do it justice although the "recent" refurb and repaint is starting to show its age a bit as the walls below the 4 foot level are showing quite a few scuffs and dings, some of which might be able to be wiped off but some will need repainting. I suspect a rental unit really takes a toll on the walls with luggage and kids play pens and wagons etc. all hitting and taking the freshness off. Basic kitchen supplies were there but it consisted of ONLY salt and pepper...many other places we've stayed at had a bit more on hand, so just be aware. Beachfront location and the pools are all great. The tiki hut is just a block or so north and at night the music can be heard, so if you wanted to open the windows to hear the surf you may need to endure some hours of music before they shut down for the night.

We unfortunately picked the only time ever that the Tiki Hut was closed to the public for a private event. (We love being able to walk over and enjoy drinks and music). But the weather was perfect and the view kept us entertained

Best condo we’ve stayed in so far!

This condo did not disappoint! It was well equipped, such a short walk to the beach, and the most amazing views. We definitely would stay again!

It is at a great location, being so close to restaurants. We just ride our bikes everywhere we want to go. Seashore Vacations was great as usual.

Not as clean as expected

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The outside grounds and building were well maintained. The unit needs a good cleaning. There was food/ crumbs on and in the cabinets. We did not use the dressers because there was dirt in the drawers. The walls and woodwork had visible dirt. The bathroom ceiling fans are filthy!

A perfect week at Shorewood

We were so close to the beach, the pools were spacious and enjoyable, and we were so close to shopping and eateries! Perfect for our stay

This is a lovely unit in Shorewood, convenient to get to, and one of our favorites to date! Everything was in good shape in the unit, which is not always the case with rentals. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Thank you!

Shorewood 205 - peaceful

Beautiful location - views from the patio were wonderful; property is geographically close to favorite places/restaurants. Condo matched the online photos and was clean and comfortable. I do wish the entry codes could be emailed to us rather than requiring a stop at the rental office.

My New Favorite Spot

Perfect Condo

This was our 3rd time staying at a Shorewood condo and it was by far the best! Beautifully renovated and wide open floor plan. The view of the ocean is amazing. My only ask for the owner would be to add some throw blankets in the living room as at gets a little chilly under the ceiling fam If you don't have a car, the location is wonderful with a short walk to just about anything you could want at Caligny Beach. Grocery store, restaurants, shops, ice cream - it has it all.The pool was never crowded and the beach was clean.

Honeymoonin

This was our first visit to Hilton Head for our honeymoon. This condo was prefect! It’s in a gated community which was nice for added security! Lots of parking. The pool/hot tub was clean with extra lounge chairs. Hilton Head was just as wonderful as everyone said! Super relaxing and peaceful. Would use this condo again!
