Welcome to our newly updated villa at the Waikoloa Colony Villas on the Big Island of Hawaii. The Waikoloa Colony Villas are in a gated community on the South Kohala Coast within the world-renowned Waikoloa Beach Resort. You'll have access to two swimming pools, one with a waterfall, plus a hot tub, tennis courts, and a fitness center. Plus, beautiful beaches are just a few minutes away.

The villa itself is a spacious 2-story townhouse with 17-foot vaulted ceilings and central air conditioning. Two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, offer privacy. A living-room sofa bed can sleep extra guests. The unit is newly updated, so you'll find hardwood floors throughout the main level and a full kitchen equipped with everything you need for cooking. You’ll find a modern fridge, a smooth-top oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a coffee machine. There’s a large smart TV in the living room, and each bedroom has a TV with cable. Of course, we have Wi-Fi too.

Barbecue grills are provided near the pools. Also, you'll find a full-sized washer and dryer here for your convenience.

This property has a cooler, beach towels and beach chairs for guest use.

We kindly ask that you review our pet policy: this property is not pet-friendly. If an unauthorized pet is found on the premises, we will request its removal and charge an additional non-refundable fee of $1,000.

To ensure a comfortable stay, we provide a starter pack of essential items. Once you use the items included in the pack, you'll need to replenish your supplies. The starter pack contains: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, 5 Laundry Pods, Hand Soap, Dish Soap, 5 Dishwasher Pods, 5 Kitchen Trash Bags, 2 Rolls of Toilet Paper per bathroom, 1 Roll of Paper Towels, 1 Sponge.
