Beach at your door!

If you love the beach, this is your place. The beach is just outside your door. Pool area is fantastic. The condo is nicely appointed.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We had everything we needed in the condo and having washer/dryer was so handy. North end is not as busy or congested. Has a free trolley stop next door, or it's an easy walk to Time Square for shops and restaurants.

Couples Getaway

We had an amazing time in Fort Myers Beach. The unit was gorgeous. Perfectly situated at the end of the island. This time of year it was so quiet-we had the beach to ourselves. Chuck thought of everything-we didn't need a thing during our stay. We can't wait to vacation here again.

Great Family Vacation Spot!

This was such a fun vacation spot. The condo was very clean with a great ocean/sunset view. It accommodated myself, my husband, and my three kids (2, 3, and 4) with ease. During our check-in process VRBO itself was down and I wasn't able to access the instructions. Chuck was so easy to text and get the necessary information right away. I would highly recommend this place!

Lovely, but

Balcony overlooking beach was great. Unit was as pictured. Convenient 20 minute beach walk to restaurants. However the instructions to enter property were wrong. Luckily could contact person to get correct instructions to enter. No instructions in unit. (TV uses xfinity, but remote in living room was not xfinity. Bring your tv streaming passwords since they are smart tvs.) Usually vrbo units have recommendations, but this didn't have anything to acclimate us. Not worth extra money to be on "penthouse" floor. Our early AM departure was complicated since elevators only worked to go "down" and we had trash, luggage and needed to also go "up" to get another load. Possibly this setup is for security at night, but warn us.

Staycation

This condo was perfectly located on Fort Meyers Beach. It is 10-15 minute walk to all of the restaurants. There are jet skis to rent, but the other water sport items are for Pink Shell guests only. As for the condo itself...absolutely perfect! Super-clean and has everything you could possibly need. Chuck is quick to respond to any questions you might have. The free streaming services really came in handy when it was raining.

BEST VILLA ON THE ISLAND!

This is by far the best rental you can get for Fort Myers Beach. It’s top floor of a beautiful condo complex, back screened in porch facing the ocean, and the front balcony provides beautiful views of the Florida sunrise. There is a walkway directly to the beach in the parking garage. It’s a perfect spot at the north of the island, where the beach isn’t jammed full of people. It’s a 15-20 minute walk down the beautiful beach to towns square, where there are countless restaurants, bars, stores. Besides being the perfect location for families, Chuck has provided towels, beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, even a wagon to pull your stuff or kids up and down the beach. There’s jet ski, kayak, wind surfing, rentals outside your back door. This is a ten star property, managed by a ten star host. When I did call chuck he was very polite, and went out of his way to check up on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. You are parked at the beach. It’s minimum 20$ to park anywhere downtown, you won’t find a better vacation rental on Estero Island than this property. Period.

Great condo close to everything!

Our group had an incredible experience staying at this property. The owner was exceptional and worked with us on arrival timelines. The condo had everything we could ask for and was well kept. The setup of the condo made it feel like we had two private suites. We were within walking distance to parks, entertainment, dining, and more... Not to mention we had a prime spot on the beach! It was great being close to paddleboard, jet ski, and other rental equipment. We couldn't have had a better experience and will be keeping this property in mind next time we go to Fort Myers Beach!

Amazingly fresh and crisp newly renovated unit with HDTV technology package- SONOS Beam, Bluray, Smart TV for Netflix, HULU, ROKU and of course beautiful western sunsets
