Enjoy our tastefully furnished, comfortable end unit in a quiet, 20-unit townhouse-style complex on Elm Avenue just 1 block from the beach. You can leave your car in the covered carport and walk to town for shopping and restaurants. New 42-inch SMART LED TV with cable...wireless internet...fully equipped kitchen...4 ceiling fans...plenty of sheets and towels ...beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella and beach mats in storage locker. King-size bed in bedroom...sleeper sofa in loft. Complex has a laundry room. No pets or smoking.

This place is as advertised from the pictures. It is a great location near the beach in a very friendly part of town. Our host quickly answered a few questions we had but everything else was very straightforward and we had a great stay!

Clean home. Good amenities. Responsive host. The only issue was wi-fi & internet wasn't functioning. The host tried her best to help, but it wasn't a huge issue for us.

We loved the location---easy walk to ocean and shops/restaurants! Well equipped for eating, sleeping comfortably, and heading to the beach! Wonderfully communicative host with easy access and parking. Would absolutely stay again!

Property is as advertised but you need to do some exploring to figure everything out. The instructions are clear but some of the stuff is counterintuitive . It works if you stay with it. The owner is very responsive to any problems and makes sure they get resolved.

Emily's condo is charming, very well-equipped, clean, nicely furnished. We loved being so close to the beach! Communication with Emily was very easy. All in all, this was one of our nicest VRBO stays.

Fantastic property, beautiful location

This property is one block from the beach a beautiful beach. It was clean, comfortable had everything that we needed. It was very easy to communicate about the property and we loved it.

Great location and quiet

It was in a perfect location. Just one block from the beach and walkable to great restaurants. Minutes from Santa Barbara. Will need to bring your own shower soap. Would stay again.

I'm sorry you had no shower soap - I do provide it so it must have been an oversight by the cleaners. Glad you enjoyed your stay! The cleaners said it was there under the sink.

Carp Trip

We come to this lovely town and gather with extended family every year. We have stayed in many different places over the years and this condo was by far our favorite. Location, cleanliness, lovely host communication, you name it, it was superb

Awesome place to stay

Second time staying at this condo, this time for a month. The condo was immaculate. Very comfortable. Had everything we needed. Fantastic location. Two blocks from the beach and an easy walk to lots of stores and restaurants. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

With retirement looming, we wanted to be able to spend some of the year in a beach town and searched the California coast. When we found Carpinteria, we knew we had found the perfect place. We wanted a quiet complex at the beach and easy walking distance to town. We have friends and family in southern California and we wanted to be able to take the train to visit them and to take advantage of all the region has to offer without having to drive.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

After two years of looking for a place to buy, we fell in love with this condo. It is the only unit in the building that has a full bedroom as well as a loft bedroom. Since we stay here several weeks a year ourselves, the condo is a home, not just a rental property. We want our guests to feel the same way.
