This beautiful condo is located on Sunset Beach Island. Directly in the middle of Main St and only one block to Sunset Beach's main beach access and Fishing Pier. This one-bedroom condo has a King bed and a pull out sofa bed. It's on the second floor and has a great view of the ocean from the front porch with the best rocking chairs ever to relax in with a cold drink. Brand new updates for the "2020" season! Outdoor shower to rinse off the salt and sand, and all-new luxury vinyl flooring throughout the condo! Newly updated lighting outside the whole building for parking and safety. Central air conditioning, as well as a full kitchen with a dishwasher and washer/dryer, and are all included. Cable TV, DVD player, and Wi-Fi all come with this gorgeous condo. There are 2 TV's, one bedroom and one living room. Connecting room available check unit #2 calendar to see if both are available.

What's included?? We like to make it as convenient as possible so we include the following.
Hand soap, Dawn, dishwashing machine tablets, Some paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, fabric softer sheets. All types of cleaning supplies and garbage bags for your stay. There are also coffee filters and a cabinet full of spices.

Sunset Beach is conveniently located halfway between Wilmington NC and Myrtle Beach SC. You are surrounded by World Class Golf Courses and Great Sport Fishing. Let's not forget Calabash and their famous seafood only 10 minutes away. There is always something to do even if that means doing nothing but laying on the perfect silky sandy beaches.

We are pet-friendly but have some restrictions. There is a $65 pet fee, No long hair dogs, the weight limit is under 40 lbs, No aggressive breeds. Please crate your dog if you leave them in the condo during the day while you're at the beach. Please note, Dogs are prohibited on the beach 8 a.m.- 6 p.m. The Friday before Memorial Day through Labor Day. Dogs must be on a leash no more than 10', and please clean up after your pet.

Attention Boat Owners!! There is a Dry Dock boat slip available for an extra fee, please call or email for details. It is only 5 min from Condo and 1.5 miles from inlet!!

TV upgrade

We enjoyed our stay, good location. Place was clean with all the basics. However, the TV and cable package could use an upgrade. Channels were very limited to mostly old shows and there was no USB port for us to attach a firestick which would have taken care of the viewing selection issue. All in all, a nice choice for a couple who enjoy the beach.

Relaxing and Clean

I can’t say enough nice things about this little apartment! It was incredibly clean (which is amazing for also being pet friendly), had a very comfy bed, and a well equipped kitchen. It was the perfect little get away for me and the proximity to the beach was fantastic. I’ve been going to Sunset Beach my entire life and I’m so happy I have a place I can enthusiastically return to.

Great Vacation spot, Need a vehicle, NO Uber

The stay itself and the property were great. Communication with the owner / manager was great too. Absolutely no complaints. The property may be one of the best locale wise and price wise IMO, it is located right next to anything you may need. Also not a place to take children necessarily if you want to keep them busy, there is nothing close aside from the beach and after a few days in the sun and ocean you know they will want to do other things at least for a day. There is 1 mrkt, 2 sm coffee places, 3 ice cream spots, and 1 "grill" at the pier that closes at 3pm. You NEED to bring or have food and drinks or be able to go a minimum of 6mi (1 way) to be able to get them. We Uber'd from the airport and luckily made arrangements with the driver to be able to get back. During the 4 day stay no ubers would come pick us up, we paid a taxi $30 ($60 tot) to be able to go out to dinner. The market is small and hit or miss on whats available. And to give you an idea, 1 doz eggs, 1/2g milk and 1bag sugar was $20. So what we saved in renting a car was spent in other ways.

Lovely

Accommodations were clean and we were very comfortable. It was our little dog's first visit to the beach and it was a wonderful experience for him. Our only problem and it is just because of being at the senior age status in our lives is that the steps got to be a challenge for both of us and I'm a runner! lol! I was able to walk to the beach but in order to take our beach things, we needed to drive. The walk time to the beach was 5 to 10 minutes. Sunset Beach is absolutely breathtaking and my runs at sunrise were incredible. Restaurants were close by and were a highlight. Robert was a wonderful host!

We'll be going back. It is a very nice place, clean, updated and very close to the beach. The beach is BEAUTIFUL and the owner is wonderful to work with.

Perfect Pet-Friendly Beach Retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is clean, comfy and cozy and is perfectly located within walking distance to the beach. It's also near numerous golf courses and excellent restaurants. Even better...it is pet friendly! We and our doggie hope to return again soon.

Nice location close to beach. Rob was fantastic to deal with went above and beyond.

Bedroom nicely updated. Lots provided sheets,towels lots of kitchen ware etc. Adequate space And Pet Friendly 🐶

Our favorite place to vacation! Absolutely perfect!

Beautiful room, very clean, great view and walking distance to the ocean. Rocking chairs to set at night. Very peaceful. For us it's home away from home! And the price was great for our 4 night stay. Great restaurant's and gift shops. Its definitely a place to stay.

Relaxing

We love Sunset Beach. It’s very laid back and the condo was a 2 minute walk to the beach. This was our second time in the area and will be back next year. Highly recommended for just getting away from all the hustle and bustle of your everyday routine.

Spacious condo right in the middle of everything. Comfortable bed, large bathroom, easy walk to the beach. Fun to oversee all the activity of the shops below.

Cute Apartment in a Great Location

I’ve been coming to Sunset Beach with my family every year for almost my whole life. I love the beach and this apartment was the perfect location. Close to everything, but still felt peaceful and quiet. Loved it!

Great Getaway!

Nice location to beach access. Great view from front deck. Nice clean beach. Did have to drive a short distance into Ocean Isle or Calabash for main meals.... but not a bad drive. Quiet despite being above a surf shop.
